Ms [redacted] came in on October, for a Maine state inspection and we told her that her tires would not pass state inspection She had us ordered tires and then called back a while later and asked if she brought her snow tires in and put them on could she get a the Maine State Inspection We told her as long as they pass we can do that We stopped the order on the new tires.She came in on Monday November with her snow tires to be put on and have her Maine State Inspection done She did not ask for her tires back at that time and we noted on her paper work that we were disposing of the tires that would not pass Maine State InspectionHer boyfriend called us a day or two later asking for the old tiresWe contacted Ms [redacted] and let her know we did not have her tires anymoreLater her boyfriend called our Service Manager and told him we needed to replace the old tires with new onesWe informed him that we could not do thatHe informed us he would be over with his lawyer or the Police later in the day if we didn’t follow through with his requests.We have heard nothing else on the matter from Ms [redacted] We feel we did nothing wrongWhen Ms [redacted] picked up her vehicle her paper work stated we disposed of the old tires and she at no time requested us to save them.Thank you [redacted] ***Quirk Subaru
