Hi [redacted] , I did not receive any notice or complaint till this letter dated 7/27/17.Here is my side of the story.First, [redacted] does not live there, her mom does.Her mom would call, we would return the call but no one ever answered We went over to the house, no one answered when we knocked.We set up an appt with [redacted] to meet us there but she canceled minutes out We were heading to property when she called and canceled[redacted] explained to me that her mom lives by herself and she does not hear the phone ring and she doesn’t hear someone knocking on the door[redacted] and I eventually made phone contact She meet me at the property I got the sprinklers turned on and repaired several heads.I never saw her motherI can not believe a complaint was filed We returned calls, we even went to property No response If her mom can’t hear the phone or someone knocking on their door; a different method should be implemented on how to deal with mother’s hearing loss[redacted] did not offer to cover our service call either!!We just got in there and got it done quickly once we got in touch with someone.Thank you [redacted] * [redacted] ***
