[redacted] I have Known mrs [redacted] for years and when she called she said her and her boyfriend had broke down in her as she called it piece of crap civic and asked if could I tow it for her and I said yes id take care of it for her and would hook her up for like a dollar tow which is way way cheap, then she called back talking to me about the problem and I told her I would have to have it at my shop to fix it or determine what was wrong, and I told her if I fix it I would not charge her the tow cause again I have been friends with her for years, upon the car arriving here their where numerous problems with wiring and body panels we found that it was the distributor and it was burnt bad, when [redacted] and her boyfriend came here I showed them the parts they where amazed claimed they had paid for the car from a buddy and that they have had nothing but problems she explained that her boyfriends runs the crap out of it all the time, and even stated that the day it broke every time it started he would hod the gas peddle to the floor and rev it till it cut off, upon her and him being at the shop they talked of selling it and I told them I felt bad that they had got taken of advantage and I told her that I felt bad but the car was only worth about to bucks the car would be scrap and the motor was a junk yard motor worth so I said they said they would think about itThe next day they called and said they would take the Me personally didnt really want the car just was trying to help them out, the car was not worth anything didnt have a fender and the whole drivers side was wrecked and the wiring was a mess we have pictures of the car to show all this we take em of cars when they come in, after I put the distributor in vehicle I test drove in parking lot and then let idle ofr min then parked car and waited for them to get here first if I was buying something why would I mess with it my plan was to pull motor scrap car and sell motor for bucks, when they got here he started it and immediately drive revved it and then took it out and was spinning tires and max reving motor something you dont do before a car is warmed up [redacted] shook her head and said that's how he drives the car all the time I told her sorry that they paid that much for something like that, they wanted to buy my truck but after all this crazy ness I didn't want to I feel bad that they got shafted by someone else but not me she is a friend I gave them parts at cost and didnt charge towing also for a car thats blown up her boyfriend is still driving to work I feel bad but mrs [redacted] knows that the problem is with the way her boyfriend drives the car I do have Honda certified techs here and would be happy to give them their credentials not a problem I would have still brought car that night but her boyfriend called me cussing and yelling so at that point I told him to come by and we would talk have not seen them since they also admitted their friend does back yard mechanics the wiring on the car was a mess the wrong computer was in the car the car is a mess was not professionally done put together with a junk yard integra motor not a built motor nothing in the car works properly so I dont see where they come up with the car being worth all this money then why would they take for it if they want ill buy it but the way he drives it its for scrapp their where five people here plus the neighbors that witnessed her boyfriend spinning tires and reving the vehicle to the max I would be happy to share the picture of vehicle outside and in we did this because its a fire hazard they way thing are wired up and hanging down I feel bad for [redacted] but don't try to get over on me for helping them out and not really wanting to waist dollars on a car that I could sell for im sorry she brought the car but that's not my fault I fixed it to run other than that how it was is how it wasthanks Shawn H***

in responce to this we closed down from our shop over four months ago due to my son beeing burned in a bon fire accident, out number still works so if something was wrong all we needed was a call we cant check emails on other account, the part and labor where warrentied through the parts sullpier so
all we needed was a call to have them inspect thats world wide so you shouldnt have to pay anything the part had a warrenty from where we bur parts auto zone, if you call us at *** *** *** we can explain how it works a defitive part is not on us its warrnty from manufacture their for they would pay to replace, any question call us at ***

I need this situation of dissatisfaction and carelessness of the company to be resloved in a timely manner, before more damages to the vehicle or danger to the driver of the [redacted] occur. The Honda engine is damaged and needs to be replaced ASAP. The car is still being driven, but everyday the safety of the car worsens. If the company pleases, I will take the [redacted] to a certified engine shop and have them write a bill to replace/rebuild the engine. Review: On 7/19/2015 my [redacted] broke down on the side of the road at the intersection of route 17 & route 2 in Fredericksburg, VA. Owner of All Pro Towing & Repair LLC., Shawn H[redacted], was contacted directly at (540) 205-5377 to ask for the [redacted] to be towed. Shawn H[redacted] instructed to leave [redacted] on the side of road on route 17 and he would have one of his tow trucks retrieve the [redacted] and deliver it to his shop at 1101 Lafayette Blvd in Fredericksburg,VA. Shaw H[redacted] was told that the car will not keep power and the engine cuts off at inconsistent times. Shawn H[redacted] offered to have his shop look at the [redacted] on 7/20/2015. I went to his shop located off of Lafayette Blvd. in Fredericksburg, Va on 7/20/2015 at around 7pm to look at the car and have an update on the status of damages. Shawn H[redacted] explained to me that the issues was the distributor and the part was located in shop. Shortly after the discussion of damages, I left the [redacted] at All Pro Towing and Repair LLC's shop and indicated I would return on 7/22/2015 at 630pm. In between the time of leaving the shop and returning to retrieve the Honda Civic, text messages were exchanged to Shawn H[redacted] explaining the sell of the [redacted] to him on 7/22/2015 and the title would be delivered to him personally. On 7/22/2015, I returned to the shop off of Lafeyette Blvd in Fredericksburg, VA to deliver the [redacted] Title and collect funds for the sale of the car. Shortly after arriving to the shop, Shawn H[redacted] decided to not purchase the Honda, but assured the car ran better at the current point in time. I agreed to not sell the [redacted] to Mr. H[redacted] anymore and I would test drive the car before I continued to my residence. I started the [redacted] and immediately was startled by the "knocking" noise coming from my engine. The employees at All Pro Towing & Repair LLC we around the [redacted] and immediately said the knocking was from a loose valve and they did not test drive the car, they only drove the car from the shop bay to a parking lot. Shawn H[redacted] was asked directly if him or any of his employees drove the car at all and he denied the accusation. I continued to drive the [redacted] down Lafayette Blvd. in Fredericksburg, VA and my car continued to have a "knocking" noise and had little power. Shawn H[redacted] still denied the chance of anyone employed with All Pro Towing & Repair LLC. drove the car anywhere except from the shop bay to the parking lot and the only thing his employees touched was the distributor assembly. All Pro Towing & Repair LLC was paid $300 cash for the distributor part and the labor, but the tow from 7/19/2015 was not charged and Shawn H[redacted] informed that there would be no charge for his tow service. After leaving the shop on 7/22/2015, the [redacted] was examined and it has been determined that one or more valves are bent within the motor, the valve seal has been removed, and the spark plugs were loosened. Shawn H[redacted] was contact directly at [redacted] and was informed that the engine as been tampered with and damaged. I instructed him to pay for the engine repair and he denies all claims of touching the motor and refuses to pay for damages rendered. I am asking for my funds back from the services provided by All Pro Tow & Repair LLC and the funds to be given for the rebuild of the motor within the [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like for All Pro Towing & Repair LLC to be investigated to ensure the employees within the company are certified mechanics and to make sure they charging clients appropriately for services rendered. I would also like for the funds to rebuild my motor. I was lied too and taken advantage during this entire situation. My car was damaged by their carelessness and I want there to be consequences for damaging a vehicle I trusted into this company for repair.

Me personally didnt really want the car just was trying to help them out, the car was not worth anything didnt have a fender and the whole drivers side was wrecked and the wiring was a mess we have pictures of the car to show all this we take em of cars when they come in, after I put the distributor in vehicle I test drove in parking lot and then let idle ofr 20 min then parked car and waited for them to get here first if I was buying something why would I mess with it my plan was to pull motor scrap car and sell motor for 500 bucks, when they got here he started it and immediately drive revved it and then took it out and was spinning tires and max reving motor something you dont do before a car is warmed up [redacted] shook her head and said that's how he drives the car all the time I told her sorry that they paid that much for something like that, they wanted to buy my truck but after all this crazy ness I didn't want to I feel bad that they got shafted by someone else but not me she is a friend I gave them parts at cost and didnt charge towing also for a car thats blown up her boyfriend is still driving to work I feel bad but mrs [redacted] knows that the problem is with the way her boyfriend drives the car I do have Honda certified techs here and would be happy to give them their credentials not a problem I would have still brought car that night but her boyfriend called me cussing and yelling so at that point I told him to come by and we would talk have not seen them since they also admitted their friend does back yard mechanics the wiring on the car was a mess the wrong computer was in the car the car is a mess was not professionally done put together with a junk yard integra motor not a built motor nothing in the car works properly so I dont see where they come up with the car being worth all this money then why would they take 800.00 for it if they want ill buy it but the way he drives it its for scrapp their where five people here plus the neighbors that witnessed her boyfriend spinning tires and reving the vehicle to the max I would be happy to share the picture of vehicle outside and in we did this because its a fire hazard they way thing are wired up and hanging down I feel bad for [redacted] but don't try to get over on me for helping them out and not really wanting to waist 800 dollars on a car that I could sell for 500 im sorry she brought the car but that's not my fault I fixed it to run other than that how it was is how it was.. thanks Shawn H[redacted]

The response from the business was not a resolution. The business will not explain to why the motor in my [redacted] is damaged. The facts of the body damage and the wiring issues, within in the car, are not an issue with my case. The car was bought with body damage. I am not and will not ask All Pro Towing and Repair LLC to pay for these damages. The wiring issues were present when the car was placed in the care of All Pro Towing and Repair LLC.The car was brought to the shop with an electrical issue, that I expressed to Mr. H[redacted]. The company was asked to replace my distributor on the car and nothing else. The company failed to explain the damaged and tampered motor within the Honda Civic. The motor should not have been tampered with during the time in the company's care. I will not deny that I attempted to sell the car to Mr. H[redacted] or any other party. But now, I am left with an unsafe and unreliable motor within a car I can not sell at this point. I need this situation of dissatisfaction and carelessness of the company to be resloved in a timely manner, before more damages to the vehicle or danger to the driver of the [redacted] occur. The Honda engine is damaged and needs to be replaced ASAP. The car is still being driven, but everyday the safety of the car worsens. If the company pleases, I will take the [redacted] to a certified engine shop and have them write a bill to replace/rebuild the engine. I will deliver the bill for repair/rebuild of the motor to All Pro Towing & Repair LLC, along with the reciept from 7/22/2015, to have a settlement of the said amount between both forms. I will not expect All Pro Towing & Repair to pay more then damages rendered, but there needs to be a resolution to damages occured while vehicle was in the company's care. I whole heartly believe the company, or an employee of the company, took advantage of me and my [redacted].

Review: [redacted] was contacted by [redacted] Insurance to tow our [redacted] off I-95 South on August 24, 2013. When he contacted me he told me that he could tow the vehicle to my home or take it to his shop and find out what was the problem. A few days later he informed us that the car needed a new transmission and he estimated that it would cost $600 to get another transmission and $600 for labor for a total of $1200. I informed him that I did not have that kind of money and would need to try to gather the funds. He said not to worry just let him know when I have the money. I was concerned that I could not gather all the funds so we asked if he'd consider a trade of my 1994 [redacted] for the labor and I would work on getting the money for the refurbished transmission. I did not hear from him for several weeks. So we called him and he informed us that he did not need another vehicle. [redacted] contacted us two weeks ago and told me that he needed to get the [redacted] off his lot. He requested the pink slip so he could salvage the car. I contacted him and asked him to give me until the end of the week to come up with the money. Early the next week I told him that I need him to tow the vehicle to my home because I could not gather the funds soon enough. He said that I owe him storage costs because he could not work for free. Either he does the repairs on the car or I pay him storage. [redacted] had never discussed anything about storage costs before so I was shocked. I told him to tow my car home since he needed off the lot and I would contact him when I could afford the necessary repairs. He refused to tow the vehicle to my home and informed me that he could place a mechanics lien on the Dodge Neon. He informed me today that it will cost $50 per day from the day he towed the car to his lot on August 24, 2013.Desired Settlement: I would like my vehicle returned to my possession without additional costs or liens because [redacted], LLC failed to disclose verbally or in writing any costs that could be incurred on the vehicle during our communications. Matter of fact, he gave me the impression that all was well while I attempted to gather the funds for the car repairs. He was very persuasive in convincing me that he would trouble shoot a very simple issue with the car. Then he demanded a very expensive $1200 expense.

My responce to this complaint which I dont see how anyone could complain, I told [redacted] and her son that we do not charge to look at car if we are repairing and the very next day we diagnosed the vehicle and found that the transmission was bad and motor had a slight knock, at that time I called the son and he gave me the number to [redacted] I called and said I would do the best I could to give a good deal and help out. At that time I tracked down a transmission and I called her and told he it was 600 for a good transmission with warrenty and labor was around 600, she said she would get in contact with me. Weeks went by and her son called asking if I wanted to trade a [redacted] for labor, I waited two days and called son and said no and he said ok my mom and I would figure it out, more weeks went by and no contact from them until I called and asked for title cause it had been here for two months and at that point I was going to get title and scrap car to cover my expences with my techs and towing, she stated give her one more week to see if could get money from ex husband, I waited over a week and called and said can I get title then she called saying tow to her house so I said sure who is paying the charges for loooking at vehichle and storage which in the beginning I said no storage if reapir vehicle if not then we charge that was told in beginning and it does not take two months to make a descion on what to do with car they could of told me two days after I towed and looked at it that they were not going to fix then I would of dropped it off and only charged for tow their now its been two months and I feel they are trying to take advantage of us cause she said she has to have her son on that car cause insurance is chearper so thats why she wants it back at her house so at this point like any other customer we dont work on their is storage and it was plainly noted and told to both son and mother so at this point a mechanics lein has been filed unless charges are paid sorry that came to this but we are not here to be taken advantage of

Review: On August 15, 2015, I retrieved my [redacted] from your location in Fredericksburg. The vehicle was towed from the [redacted] on Jefferson Davis Hwy to your business, where your staff repaired the rear wheel bearing on both sides of the vehicle.

Unfortunately, the rear passengers side wheel bearing must have been defective, because it had to be replaced this month by Firestone after I kept hearing a humming noise coming from the tire. Due to my location, Richmond, VA, I was not able to return to your business to have the vehicle assessed and repaired.

I really appreciated your assistance with the towing and repairs, but I'm unable to look past paying double for the same service in 4 months. In my possession, I have the wheel bearing that was removed for your inspection if needed and attached to this email, are the costs associated with my visit to your business and [redacted]Desired Settlement: My vehicle still needs to have the valve cover gasket replaced and I am willing to have your business complete the repairs, if you are willing to lower the price due to the wheel bearing situation. You originally quoted me $150 for the valve cover gasket.

in responce to this we closed down from our shop over four months ago due to my son beeing burned in a bon fire accident, out number still works so if something was wrong all we needed was a call we cant check emails on other account, the part and labor where warrentied through the parts sullpier so all we needed was a call to have them inspect thats world wide so you shouldnt have to pay anything the part had a warrenty from where we bur parts auto zone, if you call us at [redacted] we can explain how it works a defitive part is not on us its warrnty from manufacture their for they would pay to replace, any question call us at [redacted]
