I was also charged $because the computer system considered the first call as an automatic cancellation When I cancel by automation, I am unable to retrieve any refund My concern is that I did not cancel by automation intentionally The phone system just logged it as such, when I actually called to speak to a person I would like to be reimbursed for the charge of $

customer service and cancelled his subscription on 03/02/and asked to return
the productAs requested, his account remains closed and no further charges have
occurred since this request, and an RMA# was provided for the product return

this letter, we have not received Mr*** returned product; however, we
have issued a full refund of $96.90, and hope that Mr*** is satisfied

Mr. [redacted] ordered our Alpha Shred
05/27/15. Upon placing his order, Mr.
[redacted] opted for a third party shipping service "InsureShip" which
protects any lost or undeliverable items, and allows reshipments at request -
this is the $1.99 charge Mr. [redacted] is referring to.
On 6/17/15, Mr. Wong
cancelled his account and as of then, no further shipments have been sent, and
no further charges have occurred. Mr. [redacted] then contacted customer service to
request a refund, and agreed to keep the product for $25.00 - at which time a
refund for $61.90 was issued.
As requested, we
have issued a refund for the $1.99 InsureShip charge, in addition to the remaining
balance of $25.00. We hope Mr. [redacted] is satisfied with his free product, and do
not request it's return.
