Don't be fooled by the "free Shipping" promise. They will not deliver to your home, only a verifiable business address. I was like, whatever, and had it delivered to my job. That was too rural, they said, and charged me a $250.00 shipping fee. Of course, I had to pay it since I already paid for the transmission, or I would be charged a $400.00 " restocking fee". On top of that, one of their shipping employees posted my entire credit card number, expiration date, and CRV over a totally unsecure web site. When I raise my displeasure over this action, the guy said I was being paranoid. It took 3 days to get from Florida to California, but for some unknown reason, it sat in a town, not 150 miles from me for 10 days. I haven't put the transmission in my truck yet. I don't have much faith that it will even work at this point, and probably threw $1,100.00 out the window.
