No-show twice on scheduled days; no response after calling multiple timesAmen Janitorial Services has given me the worst service scheduling experience. I made a house cleaning service appointment for July 21, but no one showed up on the day. Amen told me that the appointment was cancelled because they couldn't reach me for confirmation prior to the appointment. In fact, I did received a voice message from Amen on July 20 to request rescheduling, but I replied a text message immediately to confirm July 21. That being said, I accepted the excuse that my text message didn't reach them and I rescheduled the service to July 26. Again, no one showed up on that day! I spend a whole day off work waiting at home but they didn't even call me. I called Amen's appointment scheduling number more than a dozen times on July 26 and the subsequent two days. No one picked up or called me back. I think this company should learn how to respect their customers. I paid them $70 through [redacted] voucher.Desired SettlementAmen Janitorial Services should apologize (in writing) to me through email or letter. They should also support my refund request to [redacted].
