Review: I leased a Copier from ADI with a contract stating they would buy out the term of my existing Copier.. I wanted to wait until my first term was up but they insisted that there was no problem with this and they would be happy to pay off my existing machine and return the machine. I stupidly agreed to this in contract and they delivered their machine and took my machine away to store until the term was up. I started to receive bills from ADI for the new copier and bills from Konica Minolta my old copier service. I called sales person and he informed me to pay the old copier plan, not the new one. They would pay it eventually. Well I payed out the term of my original contract with Konica Minolta and was sued by the company ADI took financing for the new copier with. I had to come to an agreement to pay $300.00 a month to the new financing company as ADI failed to do their part in the contract. I am still waiting. NOW my old copier which ADI has possession of needs to be returned to Konica Minolta, and I cannot get anyone from ADI to answer the phone.... you get a voicemail and leave a message. I have now left 2. I only have 30 days and I will have to start paying for the Konica Machine again. Please, Please help me with this issue.... Thank you.Desired Settlement: They will call and I can have my older machine returned to Konica Minolta so I am not sued by them......
