The owners of company do not return phone calls. I was told I would have lawn repaired and still waiting for them to replace dead lawn with new sod. W
We have paid on 9 /11 / 19 check *** for 734.00.For their services. End of Sept. Owners came down to look at lawn that was dead claim we we are not watering lawn properly. He even checked our system. Since the we were told they would re sod still waiting. Several calls made no return calls. Service tech sent out to treat lawn even the serv tech asked why he's treating a lawn that is partially dead so I told him to skip the treatment and have the owner come and see me. Still waiting. Several calls made .I have a record of calls. This company has done this to several other customers.

Hired and prepaid for lawn pest control and fertilizer services. Company did not render services as promised. Will not return phonecall.
Company hired on 12/27/17. I prepaid for one year of services which was to include lawn fertilization and pest control of the yard. I was informed by the owner that it would take a good 6 months to get the yard in shape. From the very first spray, the yard condition worsened and continued to do so with each spraying. I planted trees and when they sprayed they even killed my trees.The green areas of my lawn were killed and the weeds continued to thrive. I left multiple voicemails with no return call back. When I left *** messenger messages I received a call back and the serviceman came out. He told my my grass was in this condition due to me not watering it. This is not true. My lawn is watered 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes each section. I had another company for a consultation. I was told that I have a stressed lawn with 7 types of weeds and sod webworms. I once again contacted American Green to notify of this consultation/ information. NO response to rectify the situation except to tell me about watering my lawn. I have left so many voicemails on the (352) 843-2800 phonenumber without a message being returned .

I paid in full for mulch in all of my beds, fertilization and bug control and he did not complete the job.
I paid in full to Al D by credit card to mulch all of the beds around my house, spray the lawn and yard beds for weeds, inspects and fertilize the lawn. To date 7/29/18 only some of my beds are mulched and the ones that are mulched are not completed. There are also a number of other outside beds that have not been started. He was out on July 9, 2018 to spray and a few days later to mulch. Since then, I have spoke to Al and he made a number of excuses that the workers had to stop because of the rain, but my neighbors state there was no rain that day. Al came out to the house on or about June 24th, examined the beds and agreed that the job was not done correctly and was not done. He said he would come out on Thursday, July 26th himself and complete the job. He never showed on Thursday. In spite of 2 phone calls w/messages I left, I also emailed him. To date he has not returned my call or emails and has not come to the house.
