I had guns on layaway, I had gone and paid $towards the $layaway, but they sold the guns I had a layaway of guns (pawn had been turned around to a layaway)I had made all my payments, except the last one, which I asked the clerk, [redacted] for an extension until June 17, He said that was okOn June 17, I came in with my last $payment, and was informed that my layaway had been foreclosed on, and the guns were goneHe contacted the owner [redacted] to see if anything could be done, then he would call me backI never got a call, but when I called [redacted] later on June 17, he said it did not look good, and to check back on Tuesday, June He said that I could buy my guns still left, but I would have to start all over again to get themI have paid $towards the $payment, and I am not getting any kind of refund on the layaway, I am out my guns, out my money and left with nothing

I purchased two suppressors in October 2015. Today is 1/17/2016 and they have not been delivered to my FFL.I purchased two suppressors and they have not been delivered to my FFL. this process should take 3-4 weeks and it has been three months and no suppressors.Continuous calls to the seller have not resolved the issue.I have asked for a refund and nothing has been completed.I will be contacting Law enforcement and the ATF later this week.Desired SettlementI would prefer the suppressors be sent to my FFL ASAP with a tracking number or a refund of $750.00 with a tracking number.
