While we understand his frustration and position, we can not do anything at this point if his documents are still not in our control We only have copies until they are released by the governing agency

We promptly provided the individual copies of all the documents he requested and would be could provide at the time of his request. The copies ARE sufficient for any personal use for financing or other needs. His originals will be returned when we receive them from the archiving agency
