DO NOT ORDER FROM SHADECOLOR! Scam. I could actually tell it was a scam (everything they sell is approximately $60) but I thought I was on a different website when I ordered a smoker. They sent face masks and refused to refund.
BEWARE!!! This is a scam. Just as reported before, I ordered a large planter and received a package of face masks. When I emailed them for the package dimensions so I could put a claim in with USPS, they made several excuses and asked if my neighbors may have the planter or someone in my household had it. They never gave me the dimensions but said they would "reship" my order. They sent me tracking information and the link went to a potential "fishing" site to compromise my personal information. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!
SCAMMERS!!!! RUN!!! REPORT TO Federal Trade Commision!!!
Thankfully I used PayPal and WILL be getting a refund.

After 3 months waiting for them to ship out of China on a fake shipping tracking app I emailed them. They said the item shipped. I then found shipping details AFTER I contacted them and a few days later I got... guess what... 2 cheap face masks, just like everyone else that orders from them. DO NOT USE this SCAM company. They try to delay and delay so you will get past your credit card or PayPal refund time limits so they can keep your money. I used PayPal so I will get my money back.
I ordered a sewing machine in April. I emailed several times. The contact info says they are in the US, but they are actually in China. I think they go by more than one name also. Romanel and Comiclake shows or my order. Finally it shows the package shipped, from China...only to receive in the last week in June. The package didn’t contain some face masks. Now I can’t reach anyone. They are totally ignoring me. No one wants face mask from China. Had I known this item was coming from there I wouldn’t have ordered it. Scammers
I purchased a ride on tractor for my little boy in April. I had to email more times than I can count and it they would eventually reply and say it takes 15-20 days. After that I would message again they would give another excuse but believe me they made sure they took the money out right when I purchased. I had no idea this was out of China or I would have NEVER ordered. I finally received a SMALL package in an envelope in June. Guess what it was? An 8 pack of masks! Funny huh?! I emailed them back and told them o received a package and it was not what I ordered. They told me that masks were a hot item and they just accidentally sent the wrong package. Then they said they would send out the tractor. I stated I just wanted a refund. They said they could only give me a partial refund, for me to keep the masks and they would still send out the item I purchased. This was June 24 that I was told they would arrange the refund ASAP. Surprise surprise, no refund, no package and no reply! This company has made me be sure to review review review from places before I order to be sure they are legit because clearly this is a scam and hopefully something can be done about it before more people are ripped off.
Like the other reviews, I ordered a grill (and received a tracking number). I received a packet of facemasks (dated 2006 by the way) not the grill I ordered. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. Clearly a scam company and I should have done my research before ordering. Lesson learned.
I ordered an exercise machine from this company and received a pair of fake Ray Ban sunglasses from China 4 months later! They were listed as Revercashal.com. Do not buy from this company! I should have known the low price was too good to be true but everything looked legit. I paid through Paypal so I was offered a partial refund but still very upsetting to know that people take advantage of you this way!!
These people, who I guess so by different names such as Copoir or Buttovt, are complete scammers! They will steal your money! I bought a grill from them, I saw an add on facebook for the website, and thought it was legit but I was wrong. I paid for my grill and got an order confirmation but then nothing..... for weeks nothing. I reached out to them to find out where my order was but still nothing. They refused to answer several emails so I tried to call the company using the number provided on their website but of course the phone was disconnected, So i'm out $64.00! DO NOT order anything from these people.

Finally it shows the package shipped, from China...only to receive in the middle June. The package didn’t contain a puzzle table, but 2 face masks. I have emailed them, they continue to ask for a photo of the face masks. I threw them away, as I don’t want one from China that I didn’t order. I filed a complaint with my CC company. Several reviews have said the same thing. SCAM!
I order an 12x20x7 Arrow Carport on May 31,2020 and as today I still have not received anything. Somehow they manage to show it being shipped from China, then to the United States, arriving in Fayettville, NC and then to Ayden, NC with a tracking number. The tracking number shows it being delivered to my door or mailbox, and of course nothing. Now no one can track the package. Do not, and I mean Do Not deal with this company period. A total scam.

It's been 3 months since I ordered it and 1 month since I was promised a new tracking number. I have asked for a refund several times, and the person responding seldom returns my emails. This is a scam site and individual, and I don't know how something hasn't been done about them yet. I will be contacting the Consumer Financial Protection Agency as well.
I bought my 4 year old daughters birthday present 3 months ago and still haven't received ***. My daughter didn't end up getting anything for her birthday because what I ordered was what she really wanted. These people are scam and I wouldn't ever recommend buying anything from them
I ordered a greenhouse from these people on another website they have called *** I read a review about them and tried to cancel my order an hour after, but the email and the phone number were non-existent, I paid through ***, and disputed the payment and gave them the details and they denied my claim, won't be using *** anymore either
$69 may not sound like too much to some people but I'm disabled and on social security so to me that's a lot of money. I finally got a hold of them, and they gave me a fake tracking number and told me it had already been sent out. So I waited a while and tried to track it, then got a hold of them and they gave me another fake tracking number and told me it would be sent out in 4 days. These people are ridiculous do not buy from them!!!!
I ordered a hot tub back in March. I waited and waited. I got a small package on my porch. I opened it up n it was a pair of cheap sunglasses. I emailed them told them they sent the wrong item. I told them no I didn’t want them I wanted my hot tub. They then sent another email saying they will get the hot tub sent to me ASAP. But it was a hot item so please have patience. They sent me another email saying they re-shipped the hot tub. Then the shipment was "lost" how does a large item like a hot tub get lost? So I told them I’m done with this order I want my money refunded ASAP! So then they sent another email saying their sorry as soon as they receive it they will refund my money but for cost money trouble that’s how they worded it they offer 60% money back. I told them hell no! I don’t agree to that I want all my money back that this was not my problem I paid for an item n it should of been shipped to me or a full refund! So then they sent another email saying 70% refund. I told them no I want 100%! So we will see what happens! So please please DON’T BUY anything from them! They are Scammers, big time FRAUD! Buyer Beware!
Found this website while searching for a external hard drive. The price of the drive I was looking for was pretty low compared to other options, but not suspiciously low. I decided to see what else they offered for sale and came across a hard drive that normally sells for $250, and this website has it listed for $67.00...I knew something seemed fishy about it, so I did a little research...so glad I did!
Ordered a nail gun from WOUTUAT on 11-3-19. They charged my credit card. Received a pair of SUNGLASSES on May 28. Only answered one email of many. Telephone number on website is out of order. Address given on website appears to be an empty house. Do not buy from this company! They are a scam!
Same results are previous reviewers. Items on two websites both listed at this RESIDENTIAL address had less expensive options for items I was looking to purchase. When something is too good to be real, it probably is. I found the items I was looking for on multiple sites: preting.com, turncapte.com, clothese.com, I am not giving this company my CC info...
