Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:this company was not suppose to instal turf in city of Beverly Hills & according to our contract they had to obey city's regulations before start of the job .they have the worst customer services by ignoring customersThey told me everything took care off a few months ago & did notThey said I will get rebate & I did not & just signor what they promised & are very unresenable Regards, M [redacted]

The turf installers was
supposed to get all the permits & obey all the regulations from the city before start of this job as per our aggreement & are continue telling us every thing is under control & is resolved,I can give you permission to talk & resolve this matter with the city otherwise I want you to make my lawn the way it was before you work on it without permit & without approval of the city & refund my payments.

We have instructed you on what to do. Your responsible for responding to the city letter. We can only assist by turning over site drawing, warranty certificates and anything else that is required regarding the project. You simply want us to represent you on behalf of your city violation. We are not lawyerss. With all do respect please review assembly bill 1164 by congresswoman Gonzalez signed October 09, 2015youll find that the city can not enforce any fines against you. However you have been very unreasonable and refuse to listen. Michael the problem your experiencing is out of our control it is between your city and you. We have attempted to contact your city they will only speak to you. Michael - please explain how we can help you?
