We took it with the understanding that it would be fixed before November ***UNTRUEAnother week goes by and they haven't called to let us know anything [redacted] was calling us every other day.We installed the oven only to find that it still does not work.***oven was working when it left here and when they installed itThe homeowner reported the problem to them latter[redacted] called and talked to the owner about itHe said that they don't have the proper voltage at the shop and because of that it's probably just not programmed right***this was just a guess it may be something else*We refused the service call in Morton when they originally called, but offered in store service.Electric pros paid half price by bringing the oven to us.People bring us stuff from all over the state not expecting us to come to their home because it would be to expensive.Mr [redacted] has called here giving me ultimatums and using vulgar language.we are sorry they ruined the householders oven, but that is their customer not ours,we do not service the Morton area, [redacted] knew that on day It took hours to run down all that they messed up on the ovenBring the oven in right away if they want us to warranty the work they paid for

had use this company before with good results although they had canceled the original install date due to family issues
this time I had to cancel the originally scheduled install date due to my hospitalization
and inability to drive for several weeks after my hospital release once I had been cleared to drive I called the company and asked that the job be rescheduled as soon as possible and with the exception of two weeks in june I told them that any week in june or july was ok I could not get a date for the work for many weeks and often my calls were not returned I was finally given a date and the work was performed as scheduled but with a minor defect rather than call them back I took care of the defect myself and withheld final payment until I was sure the repair worked the office manager then became very rude and called everyday demanding payment immediately for the next three business days and threatened legal action when I explained why payment had not been sent she became extremely rude and again threatened legal action within hours
while there work is acceptable their customer service is extremely lacking feedback, understanding of my hospitalization restrictions and my desire to check my repair of their work before payment was made was nonexistent it should be noted that the work was completed on a Thursday and payment was mailed on the following Tuesday; a not unreasonable period of time
because of this issue and the disrespect shown by them if I could not and will not recommend them for future business

Review: The first visit to find out what was wrong with my microwave was on 11-13-14. Repairman took the microwave apart and advised needed a new part. Repairman stated the part would be in in three to four days and the work could be completed by Thanksgiving. I stated that would be good. Paid$164.65 to repairman so the part could be ordered. Repairman stated the office would phone when the part arrived to schedule the next visit. Did not here from the company so on Monday Dec 1 I phoned the office and was advised did someone not phone. I stated that I had not heard from anyone. They stated sorry and scheduled for the repairman to come Dec 2 between 11-12 pm. No one showed or no phone call. Phoned the office on 12-3 but message stated in training meeting. LMOR for someone to phone me back to reschedule. 12-4 no return call by afternoon. Phoned the office and rescheduled for 12-6 between 9-10 am. No one showed and no phone call either. I phoned office and they stated they did not know what had happened. 12-08 phoned and the office stated maybe someone could come this afternoon or tomorrow. No one called or came. Phoned the office and was advised they could come 12-10 between 9-11 am. Advised that I had a doctors appt in Manteca and needed to leave by 10 am. Office stated they would make sure repairman was here in time for me to leave. No one showed and again no phone call. Phoned and the office stated the repairman had car trouble. Rescheduled for 12-11 between 8-9 am. By 11:30 am no one had showed phoned the office and they stated they did not know why he was not here. Office stated they would call repairman and let me know. They returned call and stated repairman did not answer phone and they had left message for him to return the call. Phoned again at 2:30 pm and asked what happened they stated repair man was in a fender bender and that he could not come today and they could see if someone else could come out. The only problem was the repairman had the parts in his vehicle.Desired Settlement: I would like the job completed as another business would not come and take care of the problem that some other business had started and not completed. As the microwave is apart on my countertop.
