See attachment. I am writing in response to the complaint submitted by Mr [redacted] .Aqua Lock was contracted by Mr [redacted] on November 4, 2016, to perform Mold Remediation and Basement Waterproofing on December and 13, Mr [redacted] 's basement has multiple areas where water intrusion has occurred, The water intrusion had completely saturated the carpeting and drywall, allowing the areas to be extremely contaminated with Mold, The Mold Remediation consisted of creating a containment wall for the walk out basement, thus creating negative air flow, removing all the drywall from the basement and garage (which is part of the basement), hepa vacuuming the areas, and finally treating the areas with an anti-microbial disinfectants and sealantThis procedure was scheduled for a two day time frameAfter the Mold Remediation was to be completed, we were scheduled to install an interior Drainage System in the basement, The Waterproofing System would eliminate the water and moisture source in the basement, that caused the original Mold contamination, as well as future mold growth.After the first day of removing all of the drywall, there was dust and debris...very typical for a Mold Remediation job of this size, in the midst of our remediation, Mr [redacted] became very upset with with my foreman, stating the condition of the basement was unacceptable, and demanded we remove ourselves from his property.I spent the next month, making numerous attempts with Mr [redacted] to correct the issueoffered to reduce the price for the entire job, as well as ensuring him would oversee the whole procedure myselfMr [redacted] agreed " numerous times to let Aqua Lock back onto the property and continue with the remediation and clean up t procedure, but then would change his mind and would refuse us entry to the home.Unfortunately, as to this date, Aqua Lock has not been allowed at Mr [redacted] 's home to complete the work nor, will Mr [redacted] accept my phone callsMy offer still stands to reduce the price of the remediation and complete the work for which was contracted by Mr [redacted] Aqua Lock is certified in mold remediation and is fully insured to perform the work necessary to remediate the property.I would like to express that every customer of Aqua Lock is very important to usWe strive to ensure the best customer service possible, separating us fron our CompetitorsIf you should have any questions in regards to this situation, would like the opportunity to discuss this matter in more detailI do not think that Social Media or The internet is always the proper spot to disclose all information...and for Mr [redacted] s privacy, I will refrain, Thank you for the opportunity and I can be reached in my office at [redacted] .Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I have proof and will show as I move forward..as you see, This man is hard to deal withHis way or no way, after they cut my water line and burned my components up in my hot water heater his crew left then he fired them all!! Now if it was me who asked them to leave then why did he fire them? Also, I have Sll documents to show this is just not true..
