I would like a full refund or different product I placed an order with Ardyss.com then some how I was sent to another website The product is labeled Ardyss and I contacted Ardyss and they told me nothing they can do and I dont understand that when I went to there website I want my money back or different product

I ordered several items from [redacted] where [redacted] are over this site and run this businessTwo of the items were their " [redacted] "I ordered two of them in the colors I needed for an event and the size I wearUnfortunately when I received them they did not fitI returned them based on the return instructions sent with the merchandise and I still have not received a refundAs a matter of fact [redacted] stated in an email that they do not "do" refunds even though it didn't state that on their website nor does it state that in any of the materials I received with the merchandiseI've already returned the merchandise and have proof of return and receipt and I still have not received my money back nor after I sent them the tracking information provided by [redacted] proving I sent the items back along with the fact that it had been delivered and accepted they discontinued communicationHe keeps saying that I can choose something else, and I

I paid for a product on Nov 15th was supposed to be delivered with 2-business daysA live contact is never available and messages on voicemail are not returnedThey have a website at Ardyss.com however no shipments are sent but they receive payment

I have been with this company for almost four yearsI love the products but the way I have been treated on several occasions in regards to errors they have made in fulfilling orders has been a nightmareI went from placing orders several times a week to just once or twice every six months to a year because of the difficulty I experience with customer serviceToday, a new issue took place in regards to commission that I earned from a customer placing an order on my website back in MarchI was told that I can't get my commission because it has been over days nor can I apply it to an order unless I spend $dollars with themAfter minutes of being on hold I have severe chest pains and difficulty breathing from being treated and talked to like I don't even matter as a distributor pushing their productsThe customer service reps aren't even professional or nice to me as a distributor so why would I want to keep selling their productThey have no empathy at all for people
