*** Started at pickup, they showed up with a semi-truck even when I told them that you can't back a semi in my driveway, they proceeded to load the truck curb side which is about feet from the house doubling the loading time On that trip, Ottawa-Edmonton, they loaded/unloaded my stuff at least times in different trailers probably explaining why they took days to make the trip (I did it in days...) September 20th-October 11th When they started to unload the stuff, this is when I started noticing the damage, Deep scratches, crushed boxes, missing stuff But the best is, their insurance, is giving you only 0.60$ per pound PER ITEM!!! (first time, I didn't notice the per item note, my bad...) In numbers, if they trash a $***, which weight about pounds, they will offer a settlement of $ I've dealt with other moving companies in the past and had very good experiences I guess you need the bad ones to make you appreciate the good ones I picked that company because they didn't have any bad reviews on Revdex.com, this is their first one ***

I recently hired Armour Van Lines for a cross country move and I was very happy with the service. I was able to arrange everything remotely as I currently live overseas, but there were no issues with that. The staff was very responsive and responded always and even after hours to assist us with this massive move. We moved a 4 bedroom home and 2 cars and everything went pretty smooth. I was only disappointed that the cars were a few days delayed but I understand as this was out of their control (third party). The move itself was very good, and my sales rep was amazing. Johnny and Steve who delivered my goods in Vancouver were great to deal with over the phone while trying to assist from overseas. Thank you for your help!

Quoted $649. Charged over $3,900 to move 2bd apt 3km. Won't provide weight paperwork price is based on.

We just moved from Alberta back to Kitchener, ON (that's where I a originally from). I was very satisfied with the service and the price. But the reason why I am taking the time to write this review (usually I don't), is even though this company were delayed for delivery slot elevator they acknowledged the issues and addressed it and quickly resolved it. There were no arguments, no excuses and it was just simple professionalism. I am very happy with that as for me it is the responsibility that the company takes that's important.
Thanks to Maggie and Rick, they were so helpful.

I used Armour for my recent move from Edmonton to Vancouver. It has been an utter nightmare. Rude staff, zero communication, I had to BEG for an invoice (although they're quick to take your money!)

It has now been 11 days since they picked up our stuff in a city that is a twelve hour drive away, and it STILL hasn't arrived. We're living out of suitcases, sleeping on the floor, waiting for them to FINALLY deign to deliver what we paid a lot of money for, and when I called them to complain, their so called "customer service representative" Olivia, gave me attitude.

Do not use, unless you enjoy suffering!
