Is this a scam company ?
Tried calling them on several occasions, emails go unanswered. The 2 to 3-day shipping is now 2 weeks. I was smart enough to place a small order first and see if this company is reliable. Never did see the product I purchased from them to this day

Review: I placed an order with Arnold Supplements on 2/**/14. The item was a total of $59.89. Their website states that credit cards will NOT be charged until product has shipped. Well, thats not the case. My credit cared was charged the SAME DAY. They also state on the website that shipping usually take 3-5 business days. I have looked daily at my online account, which showed nothing about a tracking number and nothing showing whether my item has been shipped yet or not. I have tried emailing the company, no response. I tried calling the company, ALWAYS a voice mail and I can never get thru. I tried to get reviews on the company and noticed that MANY other people filed complaints saying that they got charged for their items, and never received their order. I dont know if I am a victim of a scam, or if this company is even legit. I wish I would have done more research before I placed an order with them. I am going to cancel my credit card because I do not want them taking any more money out of my account now that they have my cc number.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to refund the amount for the non delivery of the item I ordered.

Review: I have purchased 2 bottles of vitamin E through this company via thier website on 07/**/2014 at 02:33 p.mAfter the purchase, I did get the order confirmation but never received any shipping information such as tracking numbers, status of shipment. I e-mailed them 3 times to ask about the status of shipment and also called them 10 times already. They never answer the phone nor e-mail response. Review: Placed an order with Arnold Supplements on 4/**/14. Have not received order. Placed call to find not able to reach company and hear no response from my emails. After researching company, learned others have experienced same issue...company collects money, but does not send order. Review: I placed an order with Arnold's Supplements on 10/*/2013 and have not received it yet! My bank card has been charged! This does involve my health as I depend on these supplements to stay healthy! They have greatly benefited my health for many years! This is the first time I have ordered from Arnold's because it was much cheaper than purchasing the supplements at a nearby health food store! I would like my total refund and I DO NOT wish to take their vitamins because now I do not trust this company at all! When I contacted them via email I received a reply from [redacted] and they said that I haven't received my merchandise yet because I didn't fill out their "survey"! That's unacceptable and I do not wish to do business with them ever again!Thank you!Sincerely[redacted]Desired Settlement: I just want my full refund!

We received a notice from a customer that never received their goods. We never

shipped them as they were out of stock at the time. We sent an email to the

customer notifying them of the delay. When she responded that she was unhappy

with the delay and wanted a refund, we apologized and issued a full refund on

10/**/2013.

I just reviewed your response to my Complaint #[redacted].I

NEVER received a response AT ALL from Arnold’s Supplements except for the order

confirmation, which DID NOT state that there were any back orders. They

are lying! I tried calling them on the phone several times only to hear

an electronic voice mail! I sent them several emails with no success of

ANY response! They NEVER sent me any emails regarding “out of stock”

items or any apology! I sent them an email demanding my refund and I

informed them that I would report them to the Revdex.com and to my bank! I

will attach my order confirmation which was emailed to me by Arnold’s

Supplements! My husband contacted our bank and THE BANK credited our

account and said they would take care of it! We DID NOT receive any

refund from Arnold’s Supplements!!! I would seriously consider

investigating this business!!!!

Review: I placed an order on March**, 2014 using my credit card. I received a confirmation email on March**, 2014 saying that my credit card had been charged and my order had shipped that day. The order was estimated to be delivered within 4-10 business days. I received a follow-up email survey from the company asking for my satisfaction regarding delivery. I responded to that email that I had not yet received the order. I also sent two additional emails to customer service but no one responded. I attempted to call them but they have an answering machine saying that no one is available to take your call. Their website states that they respond to emails within 24 hours. I have received no email replies to date. They have also shut down their privacy settings of their Facebook page so that customers who have not received their product or a refund could post negative comments about their business.Desired Settlement: If this company is unable or unwilling to do business as per their website, then I demand a full refund to my credit card.

Review: I placed an order at [redacted] & paid for priority mail for the product to be shipped. They took my money & never shipped the product to me. I have emailed & called them with no response.Desired Settlement: I want a refund if they refuse to provide the product.
