I am rejecting this response because:This company is well aware of my complaint as noted in my detailed body of report to Revdex.com. They have sent people to my residence and took photos over one month ago. As also noted I submitted to them 3 bids for repairs. This company knows these Concrete Companies as reliable and respected in this community. See complaint.

We wanted to also note that the consumer did sign a Driveway Wavier back on April 16th. We are trying to get in touch with the consumer to work with them, but awaiting to speak with them.
I have tried phoning *** at the number provided and have also sent him a email to the email address provided. We are waiting on a response or a phone call.
07/10/2019: This business has made no effort in addressing my concerns.
roofing supplies delivered to my residence 7:00 AM no prior notification other than the roofer that they were coming not a big problem but when I wrote the check to pay for them it was denied I wrote another check from a different account and it was denied the explanation was the check clearing company they use would not clear them. After numerous calls I gave them a credit card payment over the phone. I called the check clearing company and was told to write an email with a number name and address and signature and state my complaint. I received an automated email stating I would receive an explanation in the mail in 10 days. My banks do not understand the problem and my accounts should have been honored. This was shared with the roofer and he will not be using this company again.
I have spoken with the consumer, and have explained the process. The check company that we use has denied her check; so we are searching for another company. The consumer has received her goods.
