Art of Fudge

Review: I attended the Atlanta GiftMart in January where I found The Art of Fudge, dba The Chocolate Moonshine Company, that had a booth displaying their product and offering samples. I was hooked and placed an order with them. I was invoiced on 1/22/14 for the total amount of my order, even though about 3/4 of the order was on backorder. The invoice clearly stated that "ITEMS NOT INVOICED - PAID FOR AND ON BACKORDER." My initial shipment arrived on 2/11/14, and I was a little concerned about the fact that my invoice total did not reflect the amount charged to my credit card, so I called to talk to someone about when I should expect the backordered items and let them know about the fact that my credit card was charged for the whole amount of my order, but I only received a portion of it on the initial shipment. I sent an email to the company on 2/20/14 voicing my concerns with my backordered items and the charge to my credit card. I was told they would look to see what they had available to send out to me. On 3/24/14 I sent another email to the company stating that I still had not received any backordered items and thought it would be best to cancel the order and requested a refund for the overcharge on my credit card for the items that were never sent to me. On 4/10/14 I called and let them know, again, I wished to cancel my backordered items and requested a refund. I was told they'd look into it the following week. On 9/4/14 I sent another email stating that I never received a credit on my credit card, and wanted to let them know I had a different credit card number at this time (changed in July) and requested them to contact me for the new number to take care of the refund. I called to follow up on 9/12/14 since I never got a response from the email I sent, and they proposed trying a 2-pack option that had been doing very well in hospital gift shops and would touch base with me the following week to see if that would work. I have since called 11/7/14 and 11/14/14 still with no resolve.Desired Settlement: Request a refund of the remaining balance (with interest would be nice since they had my money for 8 months)
