Been living in complex months and every month been issues! They don't answer office phoneAt least x a month since I moved in Jan Moved January 2017, had issues at lease twice every month since! From repair issues to complaintsThey lie, they don't answer office phone, I had to call from different numbers to get them to answer and handle and issuePoor communicationFew occasions I had to clean up their mess from doing repairsAlways an excuse!!!! I'm tired of the apologies! I'm thinking aft to just about break my lease! I pay my rent and if I don't the can file for eviction with a few days! But they tell you someone will be out to fix and issues with a couple hours then it becomes a few days! Not to mention I'm the one constantly calling to check or confirm my order that I put days before! It's hottible! I moved from Missouri and only looked into this complex! I regret it! I deeply regret it! But I bet I have an increase in January! They don't come clean the halls outs

One bathroom apartment and bathtub clogged;drains so slowly water fills up and stands in tub
I submitted my 1st work order request to fix the tub on August 8, and then another August 10th, I have called several times and even went to the front office requesting the tub be fixed asap because it's a health issueAnything that comes off the body is just sitting on your feetGetting under your toenails; its unsanitary and I keep getting told there were " maintenance emergencies that came up"It's been days and there is on call hour maintenanceAfter days there is a bigger issue and it's not acceptable

After moving out, I was notified that I am being charged to have carpet replaced I lived there for year and left the carpet in great condition
After moving out of this apartment complex, I was notified that I was being charged $to replace the carpet in the apartment I was in The notification says I am being "charged for months out of month life expectancy" I lived alone in that apartment with no pets, and I only lived in the apartment for one year I did not wear shoes on the carpet, and left the carpet in great condition It was not until weeks after I moved out that I was notified that I was being charged for the carpet I called the manager of the apartment complex upon receiving notification of this charge and was told that she would work it out and call me back I never heard anything more from the complex until I received another letter from them stating that they were going to send my account to a collection agency if I did not pay for the carpet
