They diagnosed problem quickly and fixed problems quickly too Cost was a fair charge and they worked with me to get all running smoothly I can only say that after two other companies failed to diagnose and fix, Assure did Thanks to Assure, I am in a cool place to live I suppose the fact they have plus years of experience might have had something to do with it! I first met Mauro years ago via recommendations from other people I work with They were all pleased with his service and professionalism as well as I and have been since we met I've used Assure service for annual maintenance and service check ups and installation of my new AC about years ago He and his son are both honest, courteous and polite If you're looking for prompt and reliable service I would definitely recommend these folks I would not use anyone else

Returned from vacation to a hot houseCalled at 7:pm and they were here by 9:pm (on a Sunday night)Fixed the problem quickly and professionallyThis is the third time over the years we have called them for help and each time, the same resultVery satisfied customer!

I called and within an hour, they were at my houseThey worked extemenly hard in the heat to fix our system so we didn't have to replace our whole systemThey were so nice and understandingI have a new baby and they made sure to do whatever they could to help usI recommend this company to everyone and appreciate their caring nature!

Hottest day of the year and my A/C quits workingHad a coupon I'd just gotten so called and got ahold of Marro He was here within the hour just as he said he'd be Was very courteous and professional and informativeExplained the capacitor (??) was bad, lollike I knew what it was ???but he did take the time to explain it and said it needed a starter kit, which he had both and had them on and was gone and my dog and I are back in cooler temps todayI highly recommend them Family business who cares about satisfaction and I am one satisfied customer!!!!
