[redacted] , We did not take return the special order item because the equipment he ordered is not returnable to the manufacturerThe gentleman called our store with a specific part number to see if we had it in stock, which we did not and asked us to order the specific part number for him He agreed to the special order freight charge, in which we were charged by the manufacturer We did not sell this customer his original equipment so we have no idea what he was trying to attach to He did all of his own research for what he thought he needed and simply asked us to order a specific part number for him, which we did Unfortunately the equipment does not fit his particular machine We cannot return the product to the manufacturer His invoice clearly states “no returns on special order items” It is unfortunate he ordered a specific part number that did not fit his equipment but we cannot take a loss because of a mistake made by the customer He states that we should have known it would not fit, but without selling him the original equipment we were simply ordering what he asked forHe also states that “we assured him he could return the product” but I can assure you that did not happen Please contact me with any questions or comments so we can get this resolved Thank you, [redacted] | www.atsoutdoors.com [redacted] ***
