OUr no return policy is clearly posted on our counter, posted on our customer receipt, and was mentioned by our sales rep The customer says the box is unopened but when he was trying to return, he said he tried to install them and they wouldn't fit and we offered to exchange for speakers that would fit then So they were clearly "opened" At this point we are just going back and forth and repeating the same thing over and over again So I don't understand what Revdex.com is asking us to do

Our store sales policy is "No Return" and at the time of the sales, it was explained to the customer that we do not take returns and for any reason that the speaker he bought did not fit, we would be happy to exchange for something else. And when he came back trying to return the
product, we told him the same thing that he could exchanges for something else or store credit but we just do not do the return. Most of boat would not just take a product and have them "drop in" Most of people trying to install product themselves having no product knowledge or having skill, simply do not try enough before they just give up. They think just buying product and returning it at their disposal is perfectly fine. That's why we offer professional installation servicesPurchase product carefully, if you can not handling installation, bring them into shops that can do it for you. We also want to be fair and even though we don't do returns, if the product's not right for you then we give you store credit for something else. Thank You

bought a stereo form here and they will not exchange it for a new one when I proved that the one I bought is bad

I went to audio lab about three weeks ago to buy some speakers for a marine use I talked to the sales associate and told him what my intended use was and the intended outcome for the speakerI bought a set of Kennwood speakersLater that day I got onto my boat to realize that there was no way or room to mount the speakers whatsoever without major cutting of fiberglassThe next day I took the speakers unopened with the receipt back to Audio Lab, The sales associate (same one) who I bought the speakers from laughed at me and said "we do not do returns" I thought he was joking by the laughAnd looked real quick walk around the store to see if they had speakers that could be used (almost like computer speakers) After searching I realize that audio lab did not have speakers that would fit my purpose so I approach the sales associate with intent to returnHe said he would lose his job if he returnAnd they can not do refunds or returnsThe associate said they had previously had to

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The box has never been opened! After getting to my boat I realize that there was no room to install the speakersThe box is completely unopened! The company "no returns" is posted on the counter, where the sales associate place the box nowhere else in the store does it say there is no returns Your sales associate did not state your company had a no return policy, if they had I would not of bought from your companyNow the question is do your company offer a marine grade audio? Your associate knew that was specificity what was neededAnd make a recommendation to make a profit, not what is best for the customer The owner is being extremely rude in his remarks, the owner of the business has no idea what I do for a living and continues to try to talk down to me though these letters. I'm not going to settle this claim until I either get a refund or marine grade electronics worth equal valueThis is not a unreasonable requestSincerely, *** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The sales associate at the time of purchase never said anything about no returnsIf I had known that, I would not have purchased the radioAnd the only place that "no returns" was posted was on the counter that the sales associate placed the speakers on top of. The sales associate never mentioned anything about marine grade audio at the time I attempted to return the product. The product aka speakers are still in original package still unopened and I have the receipt
