In response to complaint # [redacted] ,? the customer in question had submitted the same complaint to the [redacted] As requested, all proper documentation was submitted to the department and the Department found us not at fault for the same complaint which has been submitted to the Revdex.comThe documents also show that the customer signed and agreed to all the terms of the deal and the [redacted] has the records.The car in question was purchased in MayThe customer test drove the car and was very pleased to trade in her old van for a newer vehicleThe vehicle was financed by an outside company which does not allow any vehicle with structural or frame damage to be soldThis prevents the sale of a vehicle that was in any major accident to be sold to a consumer and ensures the customer is receiving a quality vehicleIt is also worth stating the the quote provided by the collision center shows a quote date of August 24, 2016, which is months after the purchase of the vehicle, which counteracts the customers claim that they were having problems from day 1.Also, there is no mention of any mechanical issues, as the quote shows our body work estimates.? In reference to the service contract associated with the purchase, the warranty covers most of the major mechanical elements of the vehicles and in no way do we mention or mislead the customer to think that any of the exterior or body of the vehicle to be covered under the service contract.? We are always here to help our customers to the best of our abilities and our rating with the Revdex.com shows thatWe do understand that some customers might have buyers remorse, or might not be happy with the financing options, but the customer can refinance the loan or find alternate options if they are unhappy with their payment or finance structureWe would not be in business for years without a great reputation with our community and selling quality cars?
