filed this complaint.  Ms. [redacted] provided us with a handwritten estimate originally and then on 5-6-16 she brought in a printed estimate for the damages to her vehicle, when that was provided, we spoke with Ms. [redacted] and also gave the insurance company her estimate to complete the process.  The insurance company has contacted Ms. [redacted] and normal procedures were followed.
