Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
This company is cheating people in their service department. I will tell people about my experience, and they can decide for themselves.
This is not the first time they have been a problem for me, but I promise it will be the last time I purchase any service, parts or vehicles from them. There is a difference between NEW and REMANUFACTURED.
Either they lie, they don't know the difference or they expect people to just believe ignore the issue. This was sold to me as NEW, but it is remanufactured.
This is not a resolution, this is a scam in my opinion.

This doesn't resolve my complaint because they are accusing me of the unthinkable and are liars. I would never damage a vehicle and drive away. They are attempting to file a claim with my insurance company but it will be for nothing. I refuse to pay for something that I didn't do. We have already notified a lawyer and have contacted the media. We will not be railroaded by this company any longer. Everythingthis guy stated is untrue and they will be stopped.
