I never received your first email If all requests could come to me directly at [redacted] I can definitely respond in a more timely manner The resident submitted a work order at 4:07pm that he had mold in his apartment He requested a hotel for right then, which we denied because we were not given any time to remedy the situation We did put a dehumidifier in his home the very next morning and upon hearing that the mold had spread, we did put him in a hotel that day We have since had several companies come (including a state licensed consultant) and view this home and bid out repairs We are waiting on those bids to move forward We have been in contact with this resident daily for all updates We are doing everything we can to remedy this situation as quickly as possible We do not want any of our residents to live in a harmful environment and again, we acted as quickly as we could once we heard the news

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The charges they are alleging are falseI left no trash in the apartmentThere were no damages to the walls, blinds, floors, cabinets, stove, etcas confirmed by [redacted] , maintenance supervisor, when he checked myapartment at my request***, the porter, was also with him that dayThe carpets were supposed to be replaced when I moved in because they was damaged; however, that was never done and I will not pay for them to replace the carpetsnow!! That's completely ludicrous!It is also important to note that the complex gave access to construction workers to run a water hose through my garage and use water without my permission while my lease was still activeThey did not have my permission to enter the premises at any time before the expiration of my lease on 1/16/2015! That is unacceptable! The construction crew was able to access my garage and the apartment is accessible through the garage How do I know the construction crew did not use the apartment/restroom/kitchen, etcand do damage or leave trash!? I will NOT pay any of the charges they are allegingMy apartment was left clean; in fact, in much better condition than I received itThe photographs Ms [redacted] sent me have no date or location stamp indicating the photographs are actually apartment ***There are other units like *** They could have photographed another apartment so they could trump upcharges -- particularly when they realized they do not have any proof of damages because their photos have no date stamps or location stamps! Other ex-residents of the complex have the same complaints I have The living conditions were intolerable and management did not enforce the rules! Dogs swimming in the pool are not sanitary! Snakes and rats roaming the premises is not safe, but I was asked not to tell the other residents about the snakes! Balconies so cluttered that the area looks like Section 8/HUD housing is unacceptable! None of the rules are enforcedApartment [redacted] has gas canisters on the patio right now! That is against policy! The neighbors tell me the gas canisters have been there for a while! The amount of dog feces in and around the property is indescribable! That also creates a tremendous health risk! Children play outside and yet the residents are not chided or fined about picking up dog fecesThat policy also is not enforced We even gave the office pictures of people who did not pick up their dog feces, yet the management did nothing! My friends tell me that is still a huge problem!! In short, they have real issues they need to take care of -- instead of harassing people like me who were smart enough to move out of what now looks like HUD/section housing! Monthly rents of $are for luxury rentalsHowever, what one sees there is definitely that of Section 8/HUD housing! Not luxury living! If this goes to court, I believe the judge will reject their photos because they lack proof they are photographs of apartment I kept a copy of the many work orders I submitted because of so many problems I had with the unit and I have copies of photographs of the unit which do contain date and location stamps! Also, I see that the very rude leasing agent no longer works there which was also one of my complaintsOne could wonder why she is no longer employed there! They allowed unauthorized people to enter my home! That is completely unacceptable!! I have reported them to each and every website I can regarding apartments, rentals, places to lives in New Braunfels, the public forum on Yelp, the public Revdex.com posting forum and many other sitesI have also reported them to several local health, safety and code offices! I will continue to fight this and again, I will not pay one dime to The Mansions at Creekside! In short, they screwed me when I moved out just as they have other residents! *** ** ***e is under new ownership as of July 31, Western Rim was the previous owner of the property when it was then called Mansions at Creekside. A dog park was promised by the previous company; however, that is something we are hoping to complete this year as we love our
pets. There may have been some confusion right after the sale as to who owned the land behind our property, but that has since been cleared up, so we do not make that claim

Complaint: *** I am rejecting this response because:To: owner Mansions at CreeksideParties involved,As mentioned in the letter sent through the B.B.Bon April the question that the Mansions at Creekside sent in response to that letter is only mentioned as another question, only ignoring what was said in the letter The question again that was asked by management on said response was "why we would sign the second agreement if we were unhappy?" To reiterate the information mentioned on the first letter the lease that was written first had different prices, understandably we know and have had much experience with apartments, deposits and such, we understand that from time to time it is not unheard of for our deposits to change and that was not something that worried us, we also understood that possibly *** may have been off on price of apartment and so we overlooked the dollar hike on the rent, so we signed the second lease which we thought were the only changes made, also we still continued to understand that the special move in rate had not changed that our total move in rate would be deposit and dollars administration fee, but believe me we would not have mistaken the total move in priceWhen we spoke to *** she used the words "total move in price would be no more than dollars" The first letter through the Revdex.com that was written provides much information that answers the question that was made at the onsetOnce again, to reiterate parts of that letter I mentioned that the lease agreement does not have all the information on it that was very vital for our signing of the lease, this is in part a copy of the lease agreement . We always mail out a Final Account Statement to all residents within 30 days of their move out and let them know that time frame when they turn in their keys.  Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to call all former residents before sending their account to collections. We will always...

send their Statement to the address they provide and have no way of knowing if it was received or not. All residents are given the opportunity to do a walk thru with management prior to their move out so they can have an idea of what charges there may be.  Residents can also contact our office to check the status of their deposit refund or if they have a balance.  We appreciate all of our current and former residents, but unfortunately, we simply cannot call everyone back to follow up.

because: The charges they are alleging are false. I left no trash in the apartment.
