On (9-23-2017) Az Movers sent out a moving company called (Quick Delivery) to move us During the move they damage the wall at the location that we were moving from and then damage the wall at our new location On (10-11-2017) I notified the company again and sent them several email regarding the damages that the movers had done and was told by the manager that they would be getting back intouch with me On (12-11-2017) again I sent another email and with time and to this date of the complaint of this form (1-4-2018) no one from Az Movers or Quick Delivery has contacted us in regards to the damages Further more the movers charges my wife an additional $dollars for the stairs at which time the first flight of stairs was free but they charged us anyway

Az Movers had men that used fowl words, was very ruff with all of my house goodsbroke to many things to tell you about, the biggest was a corner desk with a hutch that can't be match to replace it, a hot and cold and room temp water they droppedI put a gal jug on it the next morning and it all leaked out on my Parkay wood floor and messed it real bad A lot of the nick knacks that were collectors and can't be replace, they were broken The two men fought so much it took them twice as long as it should have I can't get them to call me back nor to make this right by me I'm telling everyone, even if I don't know them not to use this company at all They took vantage me because I'm a single lady of years of age This happened on Aug 9, in *** *** ** *** * *** AZ

I hired AZ Movers and Delivery to move my furnishing from *** * *** ** to my current address *** * *** *** *** AZ on 10/25/ While moving my furniture one of the movers placed my TV, which belonged to my father who passed away several years ago, on a cushioned ottoman and It fell off the ottoman on the floor and cracked the screen BEFORE it was moved to my current address I was very upset and the mover then called the owner and explained to him what happenedI was told to pay the amount of and he would start the claim immediately The movers broke several other items during the move, however, I was only concerned with my father's TV After the move, we called the owner again to confirm the claim was being processed, he informed me to email the photos and I would hear back from the Claims Department I emailed the information To: [email protected] on 10/31/and started calling them several days later at the Claims call number that is located

On July 7, They showed up hours late and got the run around from different managersThey showed up and only and used excessive plastic wrap on my furnitreWhich I had buy extra blades to cut it offThen they tried to get a tip on top of moving by complaining about the pay they getOne of them lost their keys and called times and even came over to look and could not find themStill called afterwards saying we had them Our two tables were stacked with our moving blankets and they moved them with it and when they were put in our garage there were no moving blankets

On Saturday Sep the company moved the household goods of our renter, Ms*** *** into the house we rent to her at WTropicana Cir; in Sun City, AZ A couple days prior to the move we conducted a walk through inspection of the property with Ms*** and the previous renters It was vacant at the time We went to the house on Sep after the move had been done and noted several scratches and abrasions to the woodwork surrounding the interior doors that were not present during the walk through On Monday Oct we called the company and explained the issue to Al He asked to send pictures which we did by email on Oct After not hearing from the company we called again and were given an excuse that they did not receive the email We resent it to the same email address on Oct and verified by phone they received it; Shelia told my wife I that Hamadi was their person who made these repairs, but that he was busy and they would get back with

It took them about hours to move everything into the truckOr So I thoughtAbout hours in, a guy comes to me and says "the truck caught fire so we need to clock out."took them another hour to bring the new truck overThen another hours to move everything from the old truck into the newTHEN! The move was only miles away (10min drive max)My wife waited until the movers left and arrived at the new placemins later....THE MOVERS TOOK HOUR TO ARRIVEWHAT THE HECK IS THIS?! keep in mind, there is a 25% GAS feeI bet they drove to New york and back because it was ridiculous!! Another thing is, how does the truck catch fire??? DOESNT IT NEED TO BE TURNED On? I BET THEY LEAVE THE TRUCK TURNED ON SO THEY CAN BILL YOUTHIS BUSINESS PRACTICE IS VERY SHADY AND THEY SHOULD RECEIVE an F!

On July 20, I had Az Movers & Delivery move my furniture from my home to a storage unit Every piece of furniture they moved ended up being scratched or broken I contacted the manager and sent photos of the damage I told him there was other furniture in there that at the time I was unable to take photos, but would do so when I moved the furniture from storage to my new home I told the manager during repeated phone calls that I needed to be reimbursed for the damage his movers caused Every time he just laughed and nothing go resolved To add insult to injury one of his movers stole a $pair of sunglasses

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYThis was a horrible experienceI have very little positve feedback to giveIn fact there is zero positive feedbackLet me tell you why:
I made the appointment from an ad in a mailbox flyerThe ad stated "free boxes call for details"When I caalled and asked about the ad I was told by the 'dispatcher' that if the ad said it they would honor itPlus they were local so there was no trip fee so I figured it was a good deal
The dispatcher called me every single day, sometimes more than once, to confirm already confirmed details3-days before the move I received yet another call and when I asked about the boxes again I was told that the boxes were free only if I booked their packing serviceOk, disappointingI asked about the big furniture saran wrap and they said it was $a rollI told them I would try to find it cheaper someplace else
On yet another call, I asked if they provided courtesy wardrobe boxes, since the previous movers I used did, I thought it was worth askingThe dispatcher askd someone in the background and there was laughter and she came back and told me I "would have to buy them but should try to find them cheaper someplace else."
On a call the day before the move, the dispacher calls because she had my address wrong! She had me in some 1000's AveUnbelievable
On the day of the move the movers show up at 8:30am, Everything seemed okIt was what looked like an ex-con, and refugeesThe mover were slow and completely unprepared to move a houseful of furniture in degree heat There was an open box with a computer monitors, a keyboard, and some other hardwareWhen it came off the truck - A) I had to remove it, B) it was LAID ON ITS SIDEThere were boxes turned upside down, sideways
The equipment they came with was bustedThe truck (more on that next), the rolling back door, the ramp - all bustedI swear to God the truck was a salvage titleThe dollys they came with - all of them - had flat tiresit was a hot mess
When the truck was loaded and ready to go, it followed meI watched it in my rearview mirror and it looked like it was leaning to the sideI was worried that it was going to tip over!!! I thought they didn't load it rightBut when we left and it was empty, I watched it again and it was STILL leaning!! SMH
When the first load got to the new address, tall THREE of the movers fought with the busted door for minutesThey pulled out a crow bar to try to get it open! That didn't work so the ex-con crawls under the door (it was open about feet) , and STANDS ON MY FURNITURE to push the door back into its tracksWTH??? Then I had to help them move my belongings!!! Both at the old house and the new house
9.Once they got the door open, the movers did not move very quickly, did not pack or unpack the truck with ANY organization, and made a minimum of an attempt to place things where they were labled to goWe had to go back for a second load and it was rded
The bill came and I didn;t have enough money to cover itI was quoted $for hoursThe majority of the house was already boxed and in the garage, and all the big stuff was ready to move save for a screw here and there. It took almost hours to do the jobI was $shortI tell them I will call on Monday to settle the billI get a call on Monday at 1:30pm from a 'Lamar' who was horribly rude and started scfreaming at me when I asked to speak to the ownerMy brother called them and spoke to someone in the claims department and the end result was my brother being told that he "would reap his just rewards at Armageddon", "karma would come around", "If they were to meet in hell, my brother would pay"Absolutely atrociousStay far far away

Az Movers had 2 men that used fowl words, was very ruff with all of my house goods. broke to many things to tell you about, the biggest was a corner desk with a hutch that can't be match to replace it, a hot and cold and room temp water they dropped. I put a 3 gal jug on it the next morning and it all leaked out on my Parkay wood floor and messed it real bad. A lot of the nick knacks that were collectors and can't be replace, they were broken. The two men fought so much it took them twice as long as it should have. I can't get them to call me back nor to make this right by me. I'm telling everyone, even if I don't know them not to use this company at all. They took vantage me because I'm a single lady of 75 years of age. This happened on Aug 9, in [redacted] AZ.2016
