To whom it may concern:ID# ***Mr*** ordered a quantity of two, Pool Tool inch plugs from our website on April27, After receiving the items, he became aware that he ordered the wrong sizeHesubmitted a new order on our website on May, for the inch plug.Mr
*** notified our staff of his errorWe issued an RMA# so he could send back theincorrect plugs to us for credit via PayPalMr*** returned his order to us in which thisis noted in our time-date stamped system May th Due to the fact that we are in the height of ourbusy season, date of receipt is noted when the returns department first begins the process of thereturn, generally this is within 1-business days after the carrier deliveries it to our location.During this time, we inspect the package for any use or damageThere was no indication thatthis item was used or damaged, so the return advanced to the department that refunds.General time frame on providing credit to a customer is within week after receiving the goodsbackUnfortunately, we were not able to issue a refund, due to a PayPal dispute that Mr.*** initiated on May 12th.The PayPal dispute stated funds would be provided to the customer on June st if we did notfurther the disputeWe simply were waiting until PayPal issued the funds back to Mr.*** per the dispute, since we were not able to issue them back ourselves due to himinitiating the dispute with PayPalWe contacted our PayPal repto assist us in releasing Mr.Leinenkugel’s funds on May th - the rep was able to advance the refund(Disputes freezefunds) Mr*** was provided his refundIf any further assistance is needed, please let us know.Sincerely,*** ***

MsHello, I just received a copy of your complaint, and tracked your package Your package shipped from our *** warehouse via *** priority mailPriority mail from *** usually takes one to two days for delivery in the Phoenix/Tempe area After tracking the package I
see that *** did in-fact mistakenly ship your package to Washington State, then back down to Tempe. With all due respect, we processed and shipped your order correctly and in a timely fashionUnfortunately, we have no control over the *** *** *** ***, nor could we have prevented a transit error from happening With that said, you are more than welcome to return the part at either of our two valley retail locations for a full refund, (minus the shipping charge) I will also be happy to give you a $store credit on your account to be used at either one of our retail stores I will also make sure I talk to my staff regarding refunds, as there is no reason why a refund would not to be issued Respectfully, Jeremy L*** Owner AZ Pool Supplies, Inc

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.N
   I did receive my refund, after multiple attempts both over the phone and through the PayPal communication process to no  avail and no replies.  I then had no other choice but to escalate to a claim.  Perhaps the vendor needs a better process if they plan to do e-commerce .

I spoke to a representative from this company regarding my Caretaker 99 and they were so helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. I was very impressed.

I placed an online order with AZ POOL SUPPLIES, INC. on

9-1-13 for [redacted]. 5 inch cover loc Jr. pool

clipps. They were advertised on the web site for 12 clips

for $3.99 per bag.

I was contacted 9-4-13 by [redacted] from AZ POOL SUPPLIES, INC

who stated they had an error on the website and that the

cover loc's were actually $3.99 each but he would sell them

to me at his cost which was $2.75 per clip.

Since I ordered 6 bags of clips 12 per bag this would cost me $198.00 compared to the price I was quoted on the web

site of $23.94.

The other websites I searched were selling bags of 12 clips

for 19.99 per bag. Which would cost me $119.94.

I contacted the company back and they refused to honor the

price they were selling the clips for which I purchased on

the web site.

So it is the consumer who has to pay for AZ POOL SUPPLIES

error.

Have used this company's service several times through their "in-floor pool parts" web site - Always impressed with prices and service. Last week was my first experience with the store. I actually placed a large order online for shipping to my home, and they called me to confirm a part which we determined wasn't right for my system, then they told me of the option for in-store pick-up... they saved me money and hassle and ensured a repeat customer will keep repeating. I always recommend them to my friends and family.

This was an international sale - [redacted] - of Paramount PV3 in-floor filter parts. AZ Pool Supplies had the parts in stock and got them to me in about a week.

As much as I hate to admit it, they gave much better pricing than I could get in [redacted]. (I know [redacted] vendors would say "but we have to pay import taxes & freight" but AZ Pool supplies was still a lot better taking all that that into account.)

All items were well re-packed into the one original Paramount box.
