AZ Prime Property Management

This is probably the worst management company I've ever dealt with as a tenant. It seems they treat the people did they manage the properties for much differently than they treat the tenants. They send me messages and then they say if you have any questions please contact us. The one I contact them I get extremely rude emails in return. All of these little charges keep springing up in the middle of my lease. I am extremely tired of dealing with people that are not knowledgeable of what they're doing. They could care less about the property I live on all they care about is the money they collect from the owner. The property that I live on is a real crap hole. One of the dwellings is infested with rats. I've been here 12 months and that issue still has not been resolved. Not to mention numerous code violations. Out of respect for the owner of the property I haven't contacted the city about the code violations. But I would much rather deal with the owner of the property and have to deal with these people

I wish I would have done more research on the property. ABSOUTLEY the worse customer service I have ever experience. Dominic the "property manager" is on TOP of the list of terrible. I've had nothing but issues with the home they rented me. Last issue is that my A/C unit went out AGAIN and I called the emergency maintenance (who is Dominic) to get emergency care caue it was 98 degrees in my house. He told me NO, he will not be coming out to fix the issue and that I will have to wait for a vender. When I called them out on taking forever to complete work - Dominic called me and had this HUGE attitude. He was telling me what I should and shouldn't be saying. Basically how dare I say that AZ Prime took over a week and half to deal with my A/C problem the first during during the first heat wave hit in Arizona. Any time I would try to talk he would just get louder and interrupt me so I told him "f" NO, get someone the "f" our here or pay my hotel bill and hung on him. He literally called me just to argue with his tenant. Then he got so upset that we had this conversation that in the middle of the night (9:41PM) to write a letter telling me that they are doing an inspection in 48 hours. I didn't get an email about this so I didn't see this till one of his workers called me asking for when is the best time for them to come to the property. Pathetic and Sad. This was just the LAST problem I had with them. I have plenty more story of the terrible service I have received from this TERRIBLE company. By the way, I called them to see why I never received an email and the office lady literally blamed the owners and how the owners were the ones to ask for the inspection and not them. OKAAAAY. lets add on DISHONEST to the long list of why you should NEVER rent from this company. AZ Prime management either shares an office or IS Keller Williams Realty Phoenix - We were planning on buying a home after renting this property and NOW I know who to stay FAR away from. If AZ Prime management deals with their tenants like this I couldn't imagine how TERRIBLE the Realty office staff is. I'll be leaving a review with them as well and basically anything that allows me to leave a review.

Before signing up with AZ Prime Property, everything was disclosed up front. We looked at other property management companies before AZ Prime and noticed that they really tried to hide all of their fees. AZ Prime Property is very simple to understand and we feel very at ease after signing up with them. Thanks Dominic for taking the time to help us understand everything.

Initially quite apprehensive about using any property management company due to their excessive fees and lack of appropriate services and attention. Did extensive research on internet and AZ Property Management rose to the top of my list of candidates. Met with [redacted] and visited their office. Both very professional. Legal documents, understanding of Arizona rental policies, fees and available services all were readily acceptable to me.

Engaged their services about a year ago and have never looked back.

[redacted] and the staff have been very responsive and timely to our inquiries and providing us with salient information during our association and efforts to rent our property. We definitely feel that we made the right choice in selecting AZ Prime Property Management, particularly at this juncture. One thing noted that caused some extreme efforts was the electronic contract, specifically trying to close the document and sending it back to AZ Management. This part was not user friendly as much as we feel it should have been. We solicited the help of the librarian who provides computer assistance to customers and she also was baffled by this and could not resolve the issue. Recommend someone take a look at this area. We look forward to working with AZ Prime Property and feel very confidant that there will be questions/concerns in the future. I travel a lot for work. And own a house but I don't want to sell my house. So I decided rent it out. I don't have time do deal with the house or could find time to show the house. So I started looking for a property management company. Read a lot of reviews. Found at Az prime property was highly recommended. Dominic did a good of founding a tend in a timely manner. There very straightforward no hidden fees. They have always kept me in the loop. Answered every question I have.

So far things have been good. We hired Dominic in January 2013. We had tenants within one month. Dominic's property management website is very easy to use, and we get email notifications when the rent has been posted to our account. His tenant applications and owner documents are easy to read and online. Our only concern was during our first couple months, we were charged for three handyman visits to our house to have the same repair made, but that has been the only issue. We are happy with our choice.

My experience with Dominic at AZ Prime Property Management has been wonderful so far. I was hesitant to work with a property manager at first, I've been leasing my condo on my own for the last 5 years and was sure the fees weren't worth it. I was totally wrong!! When a tenant moved out at the worst possible time my husband insisted we look into it just to relieve stress, even if it cost more. But working with Dominic has already saved (and made) me way more money than I could have on my own! My repair costs were 1/3 what I had estimated when getting quotes on my own, the final renting price was 6% higher than I thought I could get in the very best scenario, and he had the place filled a whole month earlier than I expected to be able to do on my own. Considering all that, AZ Prime is already MORE than worth it, and I'm so relieved that I don't have to worry about this property any more. Key things I like about them:

* They don't mark up repair costs

* Lots of visibility into costs and payments with their portal

* Management fees are reasonable when considering what you make / save (great ROI)

* Super knowledgable about local market - you can trust their experience

I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone trying to lease a property in the Phoenix area -- even if you don't think you need a property manager.
