In response to your letter, the statement from Mr*** is for the most part correctI had already had six weeks of work already bookedBecause of his situation I put him in front of everyone else to fix his water leak as soon as possibleIt was not until several weeks later after all the
heavy rains and flooding that we all experienced, that Mr*** decided needed to come back and refill dirt over a portion on the line that had washed awayI did send an employee to look at his yard and see if anything that we did wrong with fixing the water leakBecause of the heavy rains and flooding several weeks after we did the job as well as Mr*** not putting seed and straw on the area, nothing that we did was wrong with the jobMr*** will have to seed and straw this area to help contain the dirt or it will happen again
I feel we did do our job and did it correctly, for additional fee we could haul more dirt and smooth that section that was washed away, however, it will wash away again if not seeded and strawedI don't feel it was anything we failed to do, or did anything wrong with fixing Mr*** water leakThere were no complaints about the job we did until several weeks later, after all the heavy rains and flooding that he started complaining about a section of the line being exposedWe fixed Mr*** water leak and put him in front of people that had been waiting in line for weeks to help him out
