You can see by the attached signed Buyers Guide that Mr*** was aware that he was purchasing his vehicle "AS-IS" and that he would be solely responsible for any needed repairs.
As Mr*** issue with the vehicle developed our sales manager, Chris B***, offered a full refund
to be applied to another vehicle but Mr*** declined.
Considering that this vehicle is 14 years old with nearly 150,miles, we believe that we have been quite fair to Mr*** by covering 50% of Mr*** repairs

All internet vehicle sales require a verification of credit and work history.  Dr. [redacted] credit report showed no work history and also no credit history.  We also never received any money from Dr. [redacted] or any proceeds from any funding source.  With no work history, no...

credit history, and no funds we were unable to complete the sale.

Thank you for bringing Mr. [redacted]'s concern to our attention.  We firmly believe that the vehicle does require more extensive repairs than Mr. [redacted] claims.  In all likelihood the repair that Mr. [redacted] had performed will be a temporary resolution at best and the vehicle will...

However, in the interest of customer satisfaction, if Mr. [redacted] is open to returning the vehicle to our service department to meet with our service manager, Ryan O[redacted], Ryan will be more than happy to refund Mr. [redacted]'s diagnostic fee of $155.35 upon verification that the vehicle is operating correctly.

Mr. [redacted] vehicle is currently in our shop awaiting special order parts to repair his vehicle.
