Review: Dr. [redacted] provided a service to help with pain issues in my neck. He said that it took time to see results. My situation did not get better but has worsened. I called to ask him to cancel the debt after I had been paying monthly for years for treatment that did not result in betterment of my condition. I had found an alternative treatment that was working. He said that he would not cancel the debt, but that he would stop charging my credit card until I was again able to manage the payments. I just received an email from his office staff claiming that I had a two month reprieve before they would start charging my credit card again, which is contrary to what the provider promised me verbally over the phone.Desired Settlement: Cancel the remaining debt as I have paid more than enough for a service that did not render the promised result.

you for giving me the opportunity to see the big picture. Ultimately
it was my naivety when I first entered practice for myself that
allowed this to transpire. I wanted to help the world. Whether an
individual could afford my care or not, I was determined to make
NUCCA care accessible to all. I have now learned that is not
possible. Your actions have helped me understand that I can only
serve those that can pay for my services. Allowing patients who are
under financial hardship to make low monthly payments... well, as you
have proven... only leaves me with frustration and hurt. I now
understand that although everyone deserves quality care not everyone
can be taken care of in my office.
You
have chosen a public forum on which to air your grievances because of
the fact that you do not wish to fulfill your financial obligation.
Given the nature of how this may negatively affect those who come
across this biased review, and ultimately lead to them not choosing
to receive the care and help they need.... I can only acquiesce to
your demands.

As
you have been kind enough to provide me with constructive criticism
of my office and services I would like to offer you the same.
Hopefully you will consider some of these points and it will allow
you to make choices in the future that will aid your decisions.
