Please do not send any more responsesI will not waste any more of my time disproving Mrs [redacted] statement after she changes her storyRegarding the last statement dated 2-9-2018.There was never a lien put on the propertyAnd contacting the Jefferson County Court house will prove thatSo now Mrs [redacted] decides to change the story to a “threat”There was never a threat, Contact [redacted] @ [redacted] Now, Mrs [redacted] has a copy of the survey, however she would not present it to the Title Company for the closing in December.Not sure how to respond; If Mrs [redacted] would have presented the survey to the Title Company, the closing would have continued without my knowledge and I would not have been paid The Title Company contacted me (after the purchaser contact me) to get a copy of the surveyAgain I explained the story of not getting paid, the Title company agreed to pay me for the survey if I provided a copy for the closingThe invoice has been paid and I’m moving forward Thanks again to Investors Title!I’m not sure what part of the story will change now and at this point I do not care!I RESPECTFULLY REQUEST YOU DO NOT SEND ME ANOTHER NOTICE – RESPONSEThis is THE END!! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Mr [redacted] again, refuses to admit that he did the wrong survey as I had asked him to do.I just wanted a divider between the and acres, not the whole acres, which is what he did.I have the original survey to prove that It should not had cost that much money to just divide two parcels of property.Mr [redacted] threatened my realtor to put a lien on the acres if the title company did not pay him.I hope that future customers look at this complaint and think twice before hiring Mr*** Sincerely, [redacted]
No, unfortunately it was all on the phone I stated what I needed a few times because we had just had the land surveyed a year ago
