I first called to ask about getting my puppy spayedI have called them times in two weeks as has a friend of mine with no one contacting us backI drove up to the facility since they are only open Tues-Thurs (their voicemail says they are open Friday too but that is a lie) and asked when thy could get my puppy inShe told me March which I was ok withI asked how long it normally takes for someone to return a phone call after messages had been sent and instead of answering the question she told me if I'm already dissatisfied to not bring my dog thereShe wouldn't see my puppyShe closed up her calendar book and dismissed me I also have an issue with animals in small travel creates just sitting in the floor of the building as you walk inThat's an issue of safety and concern for the animals as thy are left there for who knows how long just sitting in the cage with no one looking after themThey aren't the larger cagesAnyone could just take one of them with no one know

I drove up to the facility since they are only open tues-thurs (their voicemail says they are open Friday too but that is a lie) and asked when thy could get my puppy in. She told me March 16 which I was ok with. I asked how long it normally takes for someone to return a phone call after messages had been sent and instead of answering the question she told me if I'm already dissatisfied to not bring my dog there. She wouldn't see my puppy. She closed up her calendar book and dismissed me.

I also have an issue with animals in small travel creates just sitting in the floor of the building as you walk in. Thats an issue of safety and concern for the animals as thy are left there for who knows how long just sitting in the cage with no one looking after them. They aren't the larger cages. Anyone could just take one of them with no one knowing. The weather here was sleet yesterday and the animals were wining in the small cage (not create, cage) being exposed to the cold weather everytime the door was opened.

When she came to the front, she was speaking to me and it wasn't until I asked a question that she told me she has an animal under sedation. Makes me wonder who is monitoring te animal as she just stands there. The building is open, she didn't wash her hands when she went back to the area.

This place should not be trusted as a place to take care of what folks view as their family member. I wouldn't treat anyone in my family like that, sitting in a small cage by the cold drafty door and then add the poor customer service on top of that?!? This place should be shut down!Desired Settlement: This place should be looked at by animal rights places and should not be trusted as a place to refer anyone to. They should be investigated and have to answer to the people that pay their bills, their customers. They should be made to take classes on customer service and be made to ensure the animals are in a safe environment.
