Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Firstly, your agent was the original aggressor, accusing me of improperly faulting your companyThe NAME and DATE OF BIRTH did not match MY FULL NAME and DATE OF BIRTHI absolutely did say that, and I am unashamed of itBut that was because I wanted her to see my face, my reactions to her itic remarksI don't need to use physical violence - and don't you dare try to use that as an excuse or deflectionYour company is sm between my toes as far as I am concernedYou have been , as I am a wordsmith of typesShe made it seem like I was overreacting because someone with my same first and last name got paired up with meHis middle initial and birth date aren't even close to mineFunny enough, your company failed to find my own personal records, which are as your company represent "public information"All in all, your company tried to pass this off as something not to worry about when you were reckless in attaching someone else's personal (public) information to my fileOut of all the [redacted] 's in the state of New York alone, you couldn't find anyone (you know, like ME) who has public remarks? SAD! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because it is untrue While the company may claim it sent emails to me, it provided no proof that the emails were sent to meIIn addition, the email program was working fine on my end and it received no such messages, and bounced or rejected none.Meanwhile, none of this gets to the admitted statements of the company employees -providing me a name of a customer service representative, and the company management falsely stating I misheard the name because of "static" on the line and then, only when forced to admit under my cross-examination, did it admit that its representative provided a name with the intent to deceive me so that no accountability would lie with her Had the company sent me the emails it claims to have sent, there would be no need for me to request her name for accountability This company is made up of liars from the customer service representative to the top, and it attempts to deceive this Revdex.com by not responding to my complaint of dishonesty and fraud.Let's release the transcript of the call to the representative and hear for ourselves, including the Revdex.com staff handling this complaint, the and deceptive name, and then of the call from management and hear the and deceptive claim of misunderstanding due to static, and we can all see who is telling the truth Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have all of my e-mails from May 4, and May 11, 2016.CSIdentity did not send me NOR did I receive any e-mails explaining that they planned to cancel my membership.I reject their assertion.I only received CSIdentity's monthly e-mail about my account, and I could never access the account as they used their "old" message and the log in was not working That is why I telephoned their offices several times and on one ever told me that they were deleting the CALpers accounts, even though they took my $yearly fee from my credit card in October 2015, and I could not access my account beginning in December I have no reason to lie about not receiving e-mails from them Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] On 6-28-2016, I spoke at length with CSiDENTITY representative, Ms [redacted] , [redacted] .We reviewed the issues which caused me to contact the Revdex.com regarding my inability to access my CSidentity account and the yearly payment I made in October for credit monitoring and other identity monitoring issues.Ms [redacted] explained what probably happened to my CALpers account and apologized that I had not received the company's communications on May and May 11, As a result my account was cancelled.I agreed to accept Ms [redacted] 's solution which included: reimbursement of the $membership fee I paid in October and a complimentary Primiere Membership for year for credit monitoring and other identity monitoring and I have the option of renewing my membership with the company at the going fee rate next year.Ms [redacted] assisted me to log into my new account__IDNotify and secure a password and insured that I am able to use the system satisfactorily.I appreciate the time Ms [redacted] spent with me and I applaud her outstanding customer service.I consider the issue successively resolved [redacted]

These notifications kept you informed of the status of the identity elements that you asked IDnotify to monitor. As such, we were/are required to deliver these notifications to you and all enrolled members in order to ensure that we’re providing the product that you are purchasing from us. We are not able to opt members out of these types of communications.
