My father went to get an oil change on his carThe oil change took hours to complete and on top of that there was damage to the back bumper of the vehicleMy father questioned the employee about the damage and they claimed that it was there whenHe brought the car inMy father is no foolHe is very meticulous about his carWhen he tee fused to believe the nonsense story they were trying to sell, that is when the truth came outOne of the employees hit a gate while parking the car and damaged the back bumperThis was when Toyota said they would fix the car with no cost to usWhy would we pay for damage we didn't cause in the first place? They wanted to him wait but my father already wasted hours of his life so they offered him a rentalThen one of the salesmen had the nerve to ask him why he didn't buy another car from themThe business practices at this establishment is extremely questionableThere is no ethics and I would never ever recommend anyone give them any business
