To whom it may concern,First of all, I would like to apologize for this repugnant case that now has to be investigated because [redacted] feels as though he was wronged by Beach Bum Pools. Also, it is concerning that we would ever be viewed as dishonest or anything less than satisfactory. We value our customers; and all valid complaints we make sure we resolve immediately. Often times we lose money on jobs because of this. With that being said, We still believe that our original offer of $230.00 (the cost to have [redacted] come fix the problem) was fair. However, we will agree to pay [redacted] a check for $300. I have attached a copy of the check that I will mail to Mr. [redacted] and hopefully this issue will be considered resolved and a mutual satisfaction is met. Regards,Beach Bum Pool Services, LLC

The team here at Beach Bum Pool Services, LLC have received the customer complaint statement letter in the mail that you have sentThe Complaint ID # [redacted] submitted by [redacted] .The details of this matter do not seem to be very clear from the statement of the problem section of the letterMy intent is to hopefully provide some clarity of this issue.The Customer, [redacted] , was encountering suction issues with his pump, when we arrived the pool pump was not primingThe pump had also been running dry for an unknown amount of timeThe pump that he already had was about, if not over, years oldThe pool service industry changes and upgrades constantly and distributors no longer make parts to fix this particular pumpWe, like most industries, follow procedures to diagnose a problemThe first was to look for new parts, which are unavailable, and second we replace the pumpWe never offered a guarantee because extent of problem was unknownWe can provide all corresponding emails with said customer He called shortly after the pump was replaced and felt as though we had wronged himWe have no intention of this with any customer so we immediately offered a solutionOur solution was to refund all of his money and reinstall his old pumpHe then accused our technician of damaging his old equipment and demanded we give him $and he keeps the new pump [redacted] then called us and stated that he called rotor rooter and they came and fixed it for $We feel it would be fair, and are willing to give [redacted] a refund of $which was his total cost for having another company come out and fix that particular problem for him

The pump had also been running dry for an unknown amount of time. The pump that he already had was about, if not over, 30 years old. The pool service industry changes and upgrades constantly and distributors no longer make parts to fix this particular pump. We, like most industries, follow procedures to diagnose a problem. The first was to look for new parts, which are unavailable, and second we replace the pump. We never offered a guarantee because extent of problem was unknown. We can provide all corresponding emails with said customer.  He called shortly after the pump was replaced and felt as though we had wronged him. We have no intention of this with any customer so we immediately offered a solution. Our solution was to refund all of his money and reinstall his old pump. Beach Bum's information that they are providing Revdex.com is as inaccurate as the info the provide their customers. The "calls" they claim I made to them were actually emails and texts; again, incorrect info given on their part. I have all emails and texts and would be happy to provide the to the necessary people if they do not accept my final offer - a $300 refund. If that offer is not accepted than I will escalate this matter through the necessary channels both within and out of the Revdex.com. (Please see attached letter for complete account)
