Western Bathrooms and their crew were great to me and my husbandI read these reviews after dealing with them and I am a little stunned because they were great from beginning to end, even calling up to check on us afterwards - which lead to me wanting to review them When I got a few quotes in the city I was a little overwhelmed and didnt know a lot about the renovation process, as I have never even picked up a hammer in my life, so my hubby dealt with more of that side, but the salesman who came to the house was attentive and knew what he was talking about Our bathroom was done in three days, and I am so happy with it (finally have a nice bathroom since buying last year) Would definitely recommend

The tub provided by the supplier had a cosmetic issue, and the western staff were more than helpful in resolving the issueEven going to lengths to get the new tub from the warehouse so the job could be completed on time
Due to work commitments I was unable to meet the tiler at my homeHowever he let himself in and completed all of the work in ample time
Daniel & the staff I worked with were all great to work withI would recommend them to anyone looking to get a good job at a great price

I had a terrible experience with Western Bathroomswhere to start:
To begin with the job was misquoted in terms of timeThe WB team quoted - days to get the project done and it turned into WEEKS
They used a granite company they had never used before who ended up screwing up and drilling the holes in the wrong spot on the sinkYes WB got it fixed but, check out your suppliers work first
The drywall contractor they used was extremely unprofessional and we ended up removing him from our home and hiring our own guy to finish the room(Their contractor was fishing for business from me when he found out I had other work to be done and he was harassing my other drywall team for a job)
The tile guy didn't bother cleaning all the grout off the tiles and months later it is still thereAlso the tiles aren't all level (there are high and low spots) and the installer used the wrong sized scheduler on the edge etcetcetc
The painter used such crap paint or didn't prime the ceiling well that it is now pealing over the bath tub
Last but not least, they took their final payment from my credit card without authorizationYes they called to request it, but rather than wait less than a week for me to get back from vacation they charged the card
I would recommend people look somewhere else for a renovation
I called Western to assist in a clients repair. The owner Ron was very helpful and Daniel made the process go very smoothly. I would recommend them again to anyone who is looking for a quality replacement job.
Worst possible company to deal with Ever!!! Destroyed our bathroom, attempted to repair tile work and still garbage and unacceptable. [redacted] charged our Visa when were told several times not to use it. Supposed to be a 2-3 day job. 14 days later still not completely finished and whats done is unacceptable.. If you want to live in and go through Hell, use this company.. Unbelievable!!! BIG Mistake!!!
Both jobs were done so well, I am so impressed, and so were all of our company over the holidays. My main bathroom and my ensuite were done at the end of 2016 & I wouldn't have changed a thing.
Everyone was so informative and were with me every step of the way. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Daniel. The demo crew were fast and efficient, and the tiler Greg did a great job. The tiler also took a lot of time to give me tips & show me how to take care of my new bathrooms.
My tub to shower conversion made a huge difference for us too. The shower with the seat was something we have wanted for a long time.
