For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. [I refuse as I stated. I informed them within 3 days. I had nothing on my lips. I made sure I had no lip balm or lip liner. I pat them dry. I used 1 coat to make sure their claims were true. I didn't eat anything for 30 minutes. I understand all sales are final. But what they advertise did not work for me. Furthermore it's a dam shame they do not have a physical address added. Their way of fixing it was here is a special coupon for your next purchase. Really a coupon for $1 off? That's the best you can do? Not free shipping not 20 or 30% off. Why do you need to be informed if anything is wrong with the product within in 3 day if nothing will be done?] Regards, [redacted]

The thing I love about this brand is its heart. They have a really inspiring story. I know only angry people will come to leave reviews. I wholeheartedly believe in this brand so felt I'd drop by to state the obvious. It's an indie brand with amazing quality.

They do not offer the product they charged you for either. The are unapologetic and simply don't care to deal with your issue. Do not give your money to these theifs.
