My response to [redacted] was and is this: I gave her a bid of $and told her that was the absolute lowest I could go and she replied "can you go any lower" and I hesitatingly said yesAt the day of signing I would accept half down and half upon completion, at that moment she gave me $While the bid was for $1000.00, $of that went to the removal of the old fenceI gave her lowest price I could, and went against my own company policy to go out of my way for her, by going to Menard's with her to purchase materials and lowering the overall costI believe that she is a very rude and impatient person and when I called a rain day for the company, due to the in climate weather, she was the first one I called to let her know that we wouldn't be coming today and that she would have her fence finished the very next dayShe wasn't happy with that so she said that she wanted her money backWhen I went over the cost of everything, I realized she had gotten away with $of mine because of the $1000.00, $went towards the tear down of her old fenceI was respectful and tried to help her out with the total cost, but in turn she became rude, disrespectful, & ungratefulIn the contractor contract that she signed under articles & 11, that all work would cease at the discretion of the contractor for any disputesShe should read the documents that she signedI am not willing to go back to the residence until she has paid in fullShe is trying to get something for free and I believe that I was a good person by cutting corners on the price of the bid, sadly I was mistakenIt is a shame that I will not be the one to finish, but as she has stated on Facebook in a review, she had hired a "real contractor"If that is the case, then she has breached all engagements of our contract and nothing is refundable when you breach your own contractUnfortunately I may hire a lawyer because of the slandering she has been doing via the internet, the harassment, and the $that she now owes me for breaching her own contractI guess you cannot help everyoneI should put a lien on the fence she had put up but I think she is a waste of my breath & timeI am sorry, this letter had to be this way, but, I don't know how else to handle this girl and her impatienceThank you for your time in this matter, but I will not return to that residance especially after she threatened meIt would be in the best interest that this volatile girl be left aloneI will take the loss of $350, but I will not refund any monies that she thinks she is owed when I am the one losing out $

Ronnie is/was very [redacted] in installing our fence. I had to dig out and replant 10 of 26 poles because they were at least 6 inches off or more when I specifically told Ronnie they are to be 8 feet on center. He was only on the second 8 foot section and already had 5 1/2 inches cut out off of it. He said it was because of tree roots so after we fired him and I redug the holes in the right spots I found only one tree root in the way and that was 30 feet from where he said it was. I would never hire Ronnie [redacted]. He goes by [redacted] also. I think it makes it harder to sue. He said he was manager of [redacted] for 6 years. [redacted] does'nt want anything to do with him.

Regards,
[redacted] I do not accept his offer to keep my money for not doing the work, my offer was plain and simple he can keep 200.00 for his employees 2 hours that he worked, that's more than generous that's 100.00 an hour. 300.00 of my 500.00 is to be returned to me,  its not my fault you are lazy and wouldn't show up if you didn't want the work don't take the job. you have to work for your money I know I do. I want my materials I paid for, and you to pick up you wheel barrow am tired of looking at It and  will start charging you rent for keeping it here. all the other crap you talk is just crap plain and simple YOU DIDNT SHOW UP YOU DONT GET PAID> as far as your facebook, as I said before my words are not slander they are stated actual facts that I can back up unlike you writing your own reviews.

My response to [redacted] was and is this: I gave her a bid of $1000.00 and told her that was the absolute lowest I could go and she replied "can you go any lower" and I hesitatingly said yes. At the day of signing I would accept half down and half upon completion, at that moment she gave me $500. While...

the bid was for $1000.00, $850 of that went to the removal of the old fence. I gave her lowest price I could, and went against my own company policy to go out of my way for her, by going to Menard's with her to purchase materials and lowering the overall cost. I believe that she is a very rude and impatient person and when I called a rain day for the company, due to the in climate weather, she was the first one I called to let her know that we wouldn't be coming today and that she would have her fence finished the very next day. She wasn't happy with that so she said that she wanted her money back. When I went over the cost of everything, I realized she had gotten away with $350 of mine because of the $1000.00, $850 went towards the tear down of her old fence. I was respectful and tried to help her out with the total cost, but in turn she became rude, disrespectful, & ungrateful. In the contractor contract that she signed under articles 10 & 11, that all work would cease at the discretion of the contractor for any disputes. She should read the documents that she signed. I am not willing to go back to the residence until she has paid in full. She is trying to get something for free and I believe that I was a good person by cutting corners on the price of the bid, sadly I was mistaken. It is a shame that I will not be the one to finish, but as she has stated on Facebook in a review, she had hired a "real contractor". If that is the case, then she has breached all engagements of our contract and nothing is refundable when you breach your own contract. Unfortunately I may hire a lawyer because of the slandering she has been doing via the internet, the harassment, and the $1000.00 that she now owes me for breaching her own contract. I guess you cannot help everyone. I should put a lien on the fence she had put up but I think she is a waste of my breath & time. I am sorry, this letter had to be this way, but, I don't know how else to handle this girl and her impatience. Thank you for your time in this matter, but I will not return to that residance especially after she threatened me. It would be in the best interest that this volatile girl be left alone. I will take the loss of $350, but I will not refund any monies that she thinks she is owed when I am the one losing out $350.

Bella Fencing misrepresented the job. He took short cuts, was not dependable, and did not complete the work. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
