[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond here ONLY]I prefer to go through the Revdex.com because I have left voicemails and sent emails with no responseHas *** application been approved? Is the document corrected with the correct dates (the lease dates)? I would like this settled by February 1stLet me know when this is taken care of so I can sign the completed documents and no longer be responsible for this apartment.

I moved into the Bellamy in June of and have had numerous unresolved issues since that monthTo begin, I have needed repairs to my apartment, including there is a space between where the deadbolt goes into the lock that lets in cold air whenever there is a draftI have gone down to management several times to talk to them about this and they have just ignored my requestsAlso, my apartment was broken into in December and I did notify the police to check over my apartment to make sure the intruder was no longer thereThe Bellamy is supposed to have night patrol for security reasons, but there is no way for me to contact them in these situationsI have talked to management about my safety and they again brushed me offMy neighbors are very obnoxiously loud and I have filed a number of complaints and AGAIN nothing was done by management, nor did they take me seriouslyI have been looking to move out because I do not feel safe and my problems are not being resolved with as many

In my lease agreement it states that 24hr notice will be given to the resident informing them of any work or maintenance scheduled to be perform in the unit Contractors entered my unit without me receiving any notification Not only did the enter my unit but they did not have a work order for my unit therefore they made an unautorized entry These contractors have access to obtain any resident's unit key without any prior approval from the leasing management The contracors entered my unit without the leasing management's approval and went through my stuff and possibly my food and drinks as well When the contractors were confronted they lied about the entry until I mentioned an item they moved and that when they fessed up to entering my unit When I address this issue with ***, the leasing manager, he was very rude, didn't show any concern and did not respond to my formal complaint I made within the resident portal When I brought the issue back up to him again he states ver

I moved into the Bell*** in August with a requested modate of August 1stThey ignored the request and had me schedule to move in during the middle of the monthI had to be in Louisville by August 6th and had to pay an extra fee to move up my move in dateThey had placed me in an apartment where illegal substances were being used and it made me uncomfortableI made an anonymous complaint to the office staff as it goes against our lease and it started to affect my breathingThey only sent out a violation notice and took no other actionsAdditionally, the office staff then told my roommates that I was the one who made the complaint and I started to get threats from themThe office staff refused to move me at first, but eventually moved me into a new apartmentI had to accept the apartment as isThe bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a couple of months, there was scratches and dirt all of the walls, and severe wear in the furnitureAdditionally, the new roommates refused to re

I have reported residents throwing trash on my patio that I pay for bc its included in my rentBellamy management have not dealt with the issues and continues to charge me full price for rent when I am not able to utilize my own patio which is included in my leaseResidents and throwing trash, food, etc onto my balcony causing a serious health issue

[redacted] can we please handle this either over the phone or through email. I would prefer not to message back and forth through the Revdex.com.

We have all tried calling you and are never able to get a hold of you and we have all responded to your emails. We are still waiting on [redacted] to complete her application. After she completes that we will send her over her lease agreement. We have sent you over the lease reassignment form with the correct dates on it. We just need you to sign that and you will be good to go on your end.

I believe we have sent everything over. If there is anything else needed please let us know.

We are working with [redacted] to get her apartment sub-leased to the person she has found. In the past if there was ever someone we denied then it is because they did not pass our screening for whatever reason. The current person she found to take over her lease agreement went ahead and already moved...

into the apartment without filling out any paperwork or signing their lease agreement. Since [redacted] had the new girl move in without letting us know or completing any of the paperwork she is in violation of her lease agreement and is still responsible for it. The person that illegally moved in brought 2 cats and since it is [redacted]'s apartment she has received fines for having 2 illegal animals in her apartment since she never paid for the animals and registered them with us. We are more than happy to allow the person to sign their lease and take the lease over from [redacted], but she has not completed the proper paperwork to do so.

First, let me state that the original "study abroad agreement" stated that if [redacted] decided to study abroad over the summer of 2012, that he would be removed from his lease in 2012. However, ** did not study abroad. He graduated and left in May of 2014. He had been told numerous times by both...

myself and [redacted] that he is still liable for the contract he signed. Also, [redacted] was [redacted]'s Supervisor until late summer and was the still the supervisor when he first spoke with [redacted] regarding his balance. The office had sent out numerous letters and spoke to ** to let him know he owed the balance. Since he actually used to work for the company, one would assume that he would remember how this industry worked and our company protocols. Finally, after no payment was received or contact made, we turned his account over to a collection company, however, we have not placed any lien against him or his guarantor. If there is a lien against them, it has nothing to do with us and must be another unpaid account.
** owes, the balance, has been told he owes the balance and just wants to argue with it. [redacted] has told him this and he wants to keep trying to get someone to tell him that he doesn't owe it and that is simply not going to happen. It is understandable why he would be upset, but at the end of the day, the balance is due and must be paid in full.

Complainant states by phone message that this matter has been resolved.
