I am rejecting this response because: While my wife did respond in her review on facebook that we bought the materials to fix the issue ourselves, we only purchase caulk cause we assumed the flashing had been fixed per the invoice We have had another roofing company come look at the lead and they have stated that the flashing we never fixed Benassi never did the job stated on the invoice and has choose to personally attack my wife and I because we gave them a bad review because we expected to be called within a decent amount of time Please look at what he said he fixed in his response and what he listed on the invoice He stated none of the the repairs he stated he did on the invoice

In response to complaint from the Weigles @ Mary St;1) Late last year I addressed several issues on the roof so the sale could go through (We did not do the roof & it was only approx years old)One area I addressed was over the enclosed porchNothing stood our as being a leak but I
addressed everything in a two foot area of the leak.Our records indicate that the Weigles called about the leak & we assured them we would be over to look at itTwo days later, the Weigles called to say her husband bought the material & fixed it himself they put this on my website as a complaint (days?!?!) 6-8-17WE ADDRESSED EVERY ISSUE ON THE HOME INSPECTORS REPORT. CURIOUS TO KNOW THE ROOFING COMPANIES STATE ROOFING LICENSE NUMBER THAT SAID WE DIDN'T DO THE WORK.  SHE SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM AFTER SHE TRASHED MY COMPANY ON SOCIAL MEDIA LAST YEAR.  I NEVER INSTALLED THE ROOF AND DON'T LIKE TRYING TO FIX OTHER PEOPLE'S SHODDY WORK.  I WILL GLADLY FACE THEM IN COURT ON THIS ISSUE.  I'VE NEVER BEEN TO COURT IN 27 YEARS OF BUSINESS OR AS FAR AS I KNOW HAD A BAD REVIEW TO THE B.B.B.-BRIAN
