Since my complaint to you on 2/18/16, I have not received any correspondence from Bernards Auto Repair and Parts LLC. ...
He has not addressed this complaint with me nor has he done anything to try to rectify the problem. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and have suffered a loss that he, [redacted], is responsible for. My next step is to contact the local television investigators to investigate the problem. Anything you, Revdex.com, can do to further assist me in this matter would be greatly appreciate. Sincerely [redacted]
Review: On January 27, 2016 I took my [redacted] to Bernard's Auto shop to have the radiator flushed and to have antifreeze put in it because it ran hot. On 2-3-2016 I took the [redacted] back to the auto shop because it ran hot again. During this time, I was informed by Mr. Bernard Coles that he had to replace my head gaskets and water pump which he said was full of rust and needed to be flushed out completely. My [redacted] has been at the shop since then. I have been checking on my vehicle since then and have been told that it was running fine and that he was waiting on a particular part. On 2-18-2016, Mr. Coles informed me that my motor is no longer operable. I'm thoroughly disgusted and disappointed with his services, his dishonesty and his unprofessionalism. I paid him and trust him with my vehicle and now I am without one.Desired Settlement: I would like for him to repair my motor (at his expense) that I feel he damaged/destroyed.
