We sincerely apologize for your experience at our property and we appreciate you providing us with feedbackWe take great pride in being one of the top hotels in the San Diego area, and we want to apologize that your recent stay did not reflect thisOn May 10th and May 11th our housekeeping department did provide cleaning service for your roomDuring your stay our housekeeping department reported the Do Not Disturb Sign was on your door out of the five days you were hereWe sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of not having your room cleaned those daysOur hotel is more than happy to offer you accommodations at our hotel in the future at a discounted rateWe will be sure to follow up with our entire staff at our hotel and we will use your feedback as a training toolThis case was an out of the ordinary and guest satisfaction is our most important goalThank you for the time you spent responding and we will continue to strive to do a better job of taking care of our guest's concerns.Sincerely,Best Western Plus Marina Gateway

Good Evening,I'm emailing in response to the response that company wrote that the hotel was clean on May and 11th and that statement is falseI attached pictures of the room on the days that the hotel was not clean and there was not a do not disturb sign on the doorI called the front desk and told them and they sent a make to our room to bring us towels and shampoo ( as if that was some type of justification) if you look at the camera you would be able to see there was not a disturb sign on the doorThe hotel is attempting to offer a discount at that hotel and that's not a proper return in the issues we faced because we are from out of town and will not be returning to that hotel nor will we be returning to San Diego in the near futureAlso if they were to have cleaned it on the May how did we have pictures of the overflowing trash, non made beds, dirty bathroomThere's no way that that mess could've been made in one nightThe housekeeping workers stood outside our door and did not come in when we were leaving on May I'm actually appalled that they lied flat out even after we have multiple pictures, etcYou can even check the room phone record where we called the front desk because our room was not clean
