Dear [redacted] ***, Bureau ManagerIn response to a complaint filed with the Revdex.com about mid April we would like to sincerely apologize to the individual that filed the complaint Unfortunately the wording of the [redacted] advertisement in the Las Cruces [redacted] went out before I could see it's final draft and since it landed on a weekend, there was no way for us to pull it We tried to accommodate all purchasers with the branded food ( [redacted] ) on bags that were priced close to the $value, but unfortunately we missed a few customers We will be emailing out an apology to all recipients of the coupon and giving them another coupon to make up for the confusion We have a stellar reputation in Las Cruces with over years in business and never a complaint with the Revdex.com We would never intentionally try and rip people off We are a very small business and take every complaint seriously.Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to satisfy this complaint.Thank you for you help with this matter.Sincerely, [redacted] ***Owner Better Life Pet FoodsTelshor Blvd Suite CLas Cruces, NM 88011575-522-or 575-556-
