From: Blain's Farm & Fleet #222222;">Sent: Tuesday, February 11, 3:PMTo: [redacted] Subject: Tire Repair ComplaintEnclosed please find a response from [redacted] , one of our Service Center Managers:Dear ***,Thank you for taking the time to write us on your experience at the Madison Service CenterWe want to offer you an apology for the care you and your vehicle received as it was less than you and your vehicle deservedThe service technician assigned to your vehicle has a set procedure that he/she follows when examining tires for repair It was implemented by our company following NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulationsBased on what the technician reported, the sidewall had sustained damage and is indicative of a "worn ring" around the sidewall of the tireIn most cases, this means the tire was driven on after the tire lost a considerable amount of air and the sidewall "creased" as it collapsed under the rim and weight of the vehicleUsually, a tire replacement is recommended at this point because it is a safety hazard and it is in our best interest that your vehicle is safe on the roadHowever, in some instances (even though the tire had sustained damage to the sidewall) if the technician investigates and discovers that the inside structure of the tire is still sound, we could still proceed with repairs, but only with your consentIf that was the case, than it was a shortfall on our end and we sincerely apologizeWe would have rather taken care of you here, than sending you away and having someone else fix your tire.It is my hope the other service center that fixed your tire and took excellent care of youWe would be humbled and thrilled if you would consider us again for your automotive service needs, and thank you for being a great customer. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me, my contact information is listed below.Regards, [redacted] **Service ManagerFarm & Fleet of Madison # [redacted] ***

I have spoken with Hesham on the phone and informed him that we will be refunding him the cost of the tire that he purchased from us on
10/23/for $59.99. Hesham is pleased with this outcome and will be visiting the Madison store to meet with one of the Store Managers. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to reach out to me
