Was not informed car had been wrecked I purchased a car from this dealershipBefore I even got home the check engine light came onThis resulted in transmission work and multiple other repairs to the tune of almost $2,in addition to the purchase priceUpon getting the car repaired, I was informed that the car had been wreckedI was never told that the car had been wrecked before purchase even when asked if everything was good with the car it's ceteraI have been unable to get in touch with the ownerHe has done nothing to help with the situation
Said they would fix the radio in the SUV we purchasedKeep getting the run around Said they would contact us regarding the fixing of the radioThey did not we had to contact themHad the radio tested came back said that it was the amplifierTold them thatIt has gone from they've purchased the amp and they are waiting for it to come inTo we will put you in a JVC CD player in but the controls on my steering wheel will not work,when they are part of the radio controls we would have to come out of pocket for thatTo now they are only gonna put an am/fm radio inWhen we purchased the vehicle they wrote on paper work they would fix the radioNot replace it with a aftermarket device where all my controls would not workTo me it should be fixed with the amplifier replacedThen everything should work like it is suppose toWe keep getting the run aroundThey don't want to fix it properly like it is suppose to beWe want it fixed right not halfIt should be fix where everything
a Volvo Xc tail lamp on paper to fix but won't
I purchase a silver Volvo xc from automart South on the 1/19/for $the tail lamp was broken so I ask can they fix it so they said yes so I purchase the truck and a few days later I call about the tail lamp so they order one so after few days they call me so I went up there to get it put on they ended up buying the wrong one for a earlier model so they said they was going to get it right but ever since then they been giving me the run around so Iam just tired and want my tail lamp

I went with my nephew to look at a car they hadThe co-owner/salesman was very rude & could not tell the truth if it slapped him in the faceSalesman told my nephew to bring him the bill for something they should have taken care of & then lied when asked himHe has a serious anger issueDont know why anybody would buy from this place

I called a local mechanic who advised there was a hole in the fuel tank and to have them come get the car because this should have been detected by the dealershipCall and spoke with the main person who sold me the carAdvise of all the information he ask me did I hit something on the way homeI advise noHe stated they check the car and never had problems but to bring it back and he would look at it but no promiseagain if there is a leak in the fuel tankit was no way I could drive over miles backThey offer no other option for me to get this car back to them or repair it
