Yes, we did work on this motorcycle and for the same problem 3 different times for the same problem but different location. Each time we worked on this motorcycle we explained to him that he has no exhaust brackets and it was not going to hold unless he fixed it correctly he wanted to get the right...

The last time we fixed it we sent him the same text to his phone letting him know it was done but again will not last until he fixes his exhaust brackets he responded to that text that he understood and again was going to do it at home. He did not. One of his friends came in and told us he bought a used exhaust not made to fit his bike and tried to install it him self. This was his result on all his own nothing to do with us. I did offer to fix it but he would have to pay for it. He turned that offer down. In short we will not be paying for his repair bill at our shop or another. [redacted]
