My home warranty company sent ABM to my house to fix my old GE washing machineSomeone else from another company had previously been sent out and I was told it was fixed and my house floodedThis time I wanted to make certain it was fixed The ABM worker came inHe did not understand English very well at allI explained how it keeps filling and fillingI gave him a cold bottled waterThe man stuck a screwdriver in a part of the washer and started a cycleI was sitting on my couch and he was screaming for me like it was urgentNopeHe said, "this one fixed." Then he went to next cycle and said," this one fixed." He did this three times in minutesI said I am not signing anything until it goes through a full cycle so I know my house will not floodHe became VERY angryYelling at meHe kept yelling, "ONE HOUR!" Then he called his office and spoke another languageWhen he got off the phone he left! The wash was still runningWhen it got to the rinse cycle it kept filling!

Yesterday ABM appliance repair service come to my home for warranty service on my dishwasher The service man was driving a vehicle without a company name and no tagsHe was rude and argumentative, told me there was nothing wrong with my dishwasher after jamming the worn part back inHe would not provide me with his name when asked nor did have a company name tag When I saw his vehicle did not have tags he blatantly called out HA!HA! no tagsThe experience was frightening to say the leastWhen I called ABM appliance they wouldn't give me his name nor the company's owner's name, and told me that the representative called them and advised them that I wouldn't allow him to complete his job

This company was sent by my home warranty company, [redacted] regarding a clothes dryer that quit workingIt took days to get a service person out to diagnoseit was a broker dryer drum belt, a minute replacement jobService man had to "order parts" although available locallyThen another week to come do the workScheduler was told to call at least minutes in advance to allow me to get home from workShe calls and say he will be there in minutesI told her it would take She said he can't wait or come later in the dayShe wanted to reschedule but would not attempt to give me a time convenient for my schedule and claimed so busy it would be Wednesday of next weekThis is unacceptableThis company seems to scam customers that have home warranty claims [redacted] can do same day or next day service and it doesn't take them a week to order parts

This company was assigned to handle a home warranty issue with two broken appliances on behalf of [redacted] They sent out a very young representative to look at the problems. He had no technical experience whatsoever. He made a phone call to his office, speaking in a foreign language, and described the problems. When he got off the phone, I asked if a technician would be dispatched to diagnose the problems and fix the appliances. He said NO, the problems would be diagnosed long distance based on his description, and they would order parts and get back to me to fix the appliances. He was very dubious about the washing machine, as he stated his office had not had similar issues with Whirlpool washing machines. He promised a prompt call back to let me know parts being ordered and when someone would be back to fix them. This did not happen. A call to ABM Appliance was not returned either.

Then another week to come do the work. Scheduler was told to call at least 30 minutes in advance to allow me to get home from work. She calls and say he will be there in 10 minutes. I told her it would take 30. She said he can't wait or come later in the day. She wanted to reschedule but would not attempt to give me a time convenient for my schedule and claimed so busy it would be Wednesday of next week. This is unacceptable. This company seems to scam customers that have home warranty claims. [redacted] can do same day or next day service and it doesn't take them a week to order parts.

These people who came to fix our washer I just had to kick out because he was yelling at my wife. His name was [redacted] and he was with what looked like his son and we told him the issue the washer was having and he doesn't check anything on the washer just says there's no problem and we tried to explain to him that the washer is causing holes in our clothing he just arguing with my wife saying what do you want from me? And literally was yelling at her the young boy didn't say anything he just stood there and I'm sorry but I'm not going to have someone yelling at my wife in my house like that so I told them they need to leave and when I asked him for his name he first refused and when I asked again he pointed at his shirt really quick and just kept walking and slammed my door as he left yelling in what sounded like Russian. this is crazy behavior I've had rude service people before but none like this. He wasn't in the house 1 min before he started yelling. This was so unnecessary he is suppose to be the professional who can fix the washer not expect us to know what's going one with it. I'm in awe the fact that this happenen
